The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the job-seeking stress and the career maturity of teachers' college students.

First, according to individual traits, what kind of difference exists in job-seeking stress of the teachers' college students?
(1) What kind of difference exists in job-seeking stress of the teachers' college students according to gender difference?
(2) What kind of difference exists in job-seeking stress of the teachers' college students according to grades?
(3) What kind of difference exists in job-seeking stress of the teachers' college students according to majors?

The subjects of this study were 383 teachers' college students(123 boys, 260 girls) from the college of education in W university located in Jeon buk province. This data was collected through self-report items, consisting of Job-seeking Stress Questionnaire and Career Maturity Inventory(CMI). This data was analyzed by Bivariate correlational analysis, T-Test and ANOVA in SPSS 17.0 program.
The findings are as follows:
First, difference in job-seeking stress of the teachers' college students according to individual trait is as follows:
(1) Difference in job-seeking stress of the teachers' college students according to gender is job-seeking stress of teachers' college students did not show a statistically meaningful difference in gender. However, looking at each sub-region, the nature of stress has a statistically meaningful difference with the stress in the school environment in gender.
(2) Difference in job-seeking stress of the teachers' college students according to grade is job-seeking stress of teachers' college students according to grades has a statistically meaningful difference. Looking at each sub-region, students have a statistically meaningful difference in the nature of stress, job-seeking anxiety of stress, school environment stress, and study of stress except the stress in family environment. The student in the higher grades have much more the job-seeking stress than the ones in the lower grades.
(3) Difference in job-seeking stress of the teachers' college students according to major is job-seeking stress of teachers' college students according to major has a statistically meaningful difference. All of the sub-region show a meaningful difference. Social major students showed the lowest levels of job-seeking stress.
Second, difference in career maturity of the teachers' college students according to individual traits is as follows:
(1) Difference in career maturity of the teachers' college students according to gender is career Maturity of teachers' college students did not show a statistically meaningful difference in gender. However the girls have the higher levels than the boys in decisiveness, inclination and compromise. The boys have the higher levels than the girls in the participation and independence.
(2) Difference in career maturity of the teachers' college students according to grade is career Maturity of teachers' college students did not show a statistically meaningful difference according to grades. The independence of each sub-region showed a statistically meaningful difference. And 2nd grade students showed the highest level , and 1th grade students showed the lowest level.
(3) Difference in career maturity of the teachers' college students according to major is career Maturity of teachers' college students did not show a statistically meaningful difference according to majors. The decisiveness in the sub-region has a statistically meaningful difference. Overall, social major students showed the lowest levels of career maturity.
Third, the relationship between job-seeking stress and career maturity in teachers' college students is as follows:
Job-seeking stress and career maturity showed a statistically meaningful correlation. All of the sub-factors showed a meaningful correlation with each other except work anxiety stress and independence. According to gender difference, grades and majors, job-seeking stress and career maturity showed a meaningful correlation in teachers' college students.
It suggests that it is job-seeking stress affecting the career maturity of teachers' college students.
