Director should manage teacher organization's efficiency, as a overall charge of nurture facility. The questions of this study are the director's reformative leadership which first, nurture teacher perceives affects in effect feeling of teacher and the director's reformative leadership which second, nurture teacher perceives affects in organization immersion of teacher.
For empirical research, the data was obtained from a survey of the 320 childcare teachers working in the childcare centers located in Seoul. In order to measure a subordinate conduct quality about transitional facility with the measurement tool of the research which sees about nurture facility the director's reformative leadership about the reformative leadership which presents from Sashkin (1992) researches the question contents which becomes accomplished with the total 25 question items the Soung-oh Kook (2009) in 21 items reconstituted the fact that reconstitutes rightly in school organization rightly in nurture facility and used, in order to measure the teacher effect feeling which is a subordinate variable Riggs and Knight (1998) developed and the Soung-oh Kook (2009) with own effect feeling 10 question items reconstituted the question item which uses rightly in quality of nurture facility. In order to measure an organization immersion Allen and Meyer (1991) comes the Soung-oh Kook(2009) in 23 items reconstituted used the measurement question item which presents from research rightly in organization of nurture facility. The result of this study are;

Appeared with the fact that has the influence where the motivation part of reformative leadership is highest specially in all subordinate VIP of organization immersion. Three, to effect feeling of teacher and organization immersion the interrelation which is static being formed from relationship close examination with effect feeling of teacher and organization immersion, was made to examine closely. Organized immersion degree of teacher recording where the effect feeling of teacher will be high as well are high the effect feeling of nurture facility's director's reformative leadership and teacher and organization immersion there being relationship which is close this were given proof with the thing.
