클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스를 활용한 가상교육에 관한 연구 : 서비스 사이언스를 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

새롭게 출현하는 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 비즈니스 모델은 콘텐츠 비즈니스 플랫폼 제공자를 중심으로 산업별로 특화된 클라우드 플랫폼을 제공하며 고객들에게 산업별 비즈니스 모델이 구현된 서비스를 제공한다. 특히 융복합화된 비즈니스 서비스(Business Service)가 점차 중요해 질 것이며 퍼블릭(Public)화된 비즈니스 모델은 기존의 서비스를 융합 및 통합 발전시키며 새로운 콘텐츠를 위한 마켓플레이스를 만들어 갈 것이다. 새로운 컴퓨팅 패러다임인 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 퍼블릭 비즈니스 서비스는 특히 제공자와 수혜자의 관계에서 향상된 서비스의 전달을 통하여 콘텐츠 서비스 품질 향상이 이루어지도록 서비스모델이 개발되어져야 하며 그 디자인도 새로운 요건이 고려되어야 한다. 본 연구는 서비스 사이언스 관점에서 클라우드 컴퓨팅 플랫폼에 기반을 둔 신규 비즈니스 모델을 서비스 시스템으로 해석하고 클라우드 컴퓨팅을 통한 비즈니스 서비스 시스템의 구현에 있어 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스의 이해관계자에 대한 분석과 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스 시스템의 디자인 요건 분석을 통하여 서비스 모델 개발을 위한 방향과 품질을 개선하고 효율적으로 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스를 할 수 있는 서비스 사이언스 모델을 적용하여 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스 플랫폼의 구현 방향에 관하여 연구한다.
클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스를 활용한 가상 교육 모델 분석을 위해서는 선진 클라우드 컴퓨팅 사례를 분석하여 그 비용절감 측면에 관한 사례를 연구하고 가상 교육에 관련한 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스를 이용한 사례인 버추얼 컴퓨팅 랩의 구현 사례를 분석하여 가상 교육에 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스를 도입할 경우 고려할 사항에 관한 연구를 통하여 필요한 기능 사항을 연구한 후. 선행연구 결과를 바탕으로 기술 수용 모델에 따라 가설 모형을 설정하고 가상 교육 사업자가 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 서비스 기술 활용한 사업모델에 관한 실증적 연구를 수행하였다.
가상 교육 사업자의 클라우드 컴퓨팅을 활용한 서비스 사업 의도에 관한 실증적 연구로 기술수용모델의 적용결과 아직 보편화되지 않은 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 서비스의 활용이므로 그 사용 의도는 지각된 용이성보다는 지각된 유용성에 많은 유효한 결과를 보이며 더욱 영향이 크다는 결론을 도출하였다. 본 연구는 서비스 사이언스 관점에서 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스를 하나의 서비스 시스템으로 연구하여 모델을 설정하고 그 사용 의도를 분석한 것으로 향후 서비스 발전 방향의 프레임을 설정하고 그 기술 수용 모델을 실증적으로 분석하여 결과를 제공하고 있다는 점에서 기존 연구들과 차별화된 가치가 있을 것이다.

As a new contents business platform, emerged cloud computing business model can provide industry-specific platform to each and every client with newly designed and implemented business solutions and services. As a result, converged business services will be increasingly important. Specifically, publicized service business model would transform traditional services to be converged and integrated, and create new marketplace for new contents. The requirements of public cloud business model should be defined on new relationship with service providers and beneficiaries that could achieve improved services and contents delivery and ensured quality. This paper is to study new business model on cloud computing platform with service science, management and engineering logics. By analyzing every stakeholder and design requirement for contents business model on cloud, a new service system approach could help to identify the smarter solutions for continuous improvement and sustainable growth of cloud computing business model - a truly new computing paradigm.
Several emerging cloud computing references are implemented and there are results for ROI(Return of Investment) though 3 years executions. It would be good reference to understand which areas have been improved and how much was saved etc. Also there is global reference to refer Virtual education which is NCSU(North Carolina State University) VCL(Virtual Computing Lab) implementation. The analysis of VCL would be good basis for virtual education business intention. Finally by studying previous research, empirical study based on TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) was performed.
The analysis of business intention by virtual education service provider requests some hypothesis in the research model. This research applies TAM with perceived easy of use and perceived usefulness, and shows empirical research results. This study may be greatly valuable to define a service system model for cloud computing based on service science and to prove virtual education service provider's business intention through technology acceptance model as empirical research.
This study may have been limited in that the samples were gathered only from few references. Hence, it is hope that this study will be followed up by future studies to enhance the degree of completeness making up for the weak points of this study.
Despite of some limitations, this study was focused on finding out the strategic implications for virtual education business intention by using cloud computing. So, we hope this study will be deserved to be valuable for future research.
