      Today, women's more social activities causing the growth of dual-careers, also increasing low fertility and nuclear family make raising child problem in society. therefore, to solve the raising child problem the needs of social raising and education child is increase, and the government accepts these social requires to push actively up the developing human resources.
      Women's changing of status and increasing the entry in public affairs give important effects to environment of day care, especially the increasing demand of infant caring. The number of consumers of infant care centers is increasing from 302,351 in 2005 to 501,889 in December, 2008. Therefore, Many studies of important of infant care are published, at the same time, the social focus to the infant care is increase.
      Thus, the purpose of this study is the management status and efficiency of standard curriculum which targeting infant care teachers.
      The following questions of the purpose of this study are ;
      1. How the infants care teachers realize the standard curriculum?
      2. How is the efficiency of each parts of the standard curriculum?
      3. How is the efficiency of the care centers as the attribute of the centers?
      The targets of these study are 220 infant care teachers who work in Ichen. Asks them in paper, uses 206 useable in study from answered 209.First of all, researched the general matters in standard curriculum.
      As the results of analyzing the realizing standard curriculum, the purpose of standard curriculum, the attribute and organization of standard curriculum, specific contents of standard curriculum, aging curriculum of standard curriculum, realizing evaluation of standard curriculum, every one knew well about it no matter their center's condition(size, location, number of infants, passing the accreditation etc.).
      Second, researched the efficiency of each parts of the standard curriculum.
      The standard curriculum has 6 parts ; general part, physical part, social relationship part, communication part, studdy nature part, and art par. Analyzed as subdividing the ages, general part is the highest efficiency in infants care, and communication, art, physics, social relationship, study nature part are followed.
      Studying detail of each part, in general part, the highest efficiency of under 2-year-old-infants was healthy life, then safety life, and straight life are followed. in the other hand, to 2-year-old-infants, safety life was the highest on , then straight life and healthy life is followed. In physics part, both under 2-year-old-infants' and 2-year-old-infants' highest efficiency was participation of physical activity, and physical adjustment & basic activity and sense & physical realizing were followed.
      Also, in social relationship part, social relationship was the highest one, and realizing & adjusting emotion and self-respect were followed. In communication part under 2-year-old-infants' highest was reading and speaking, writing, and listening were followed, and 2-year-old-infants' highest were speaking and reading, then writing and listening were followed. In studying nature part, both's the highest was studying attitude.
      At last, in art part, under 2-year-old-infants' highest was appreciating art and expressing art and esthetic exploration were followed, but 2-year-old-infants' highest was expressing art and appreciating art and esthetic exploration were followed.
      Third, the result of analyzed standard curriculum efficiency by center's atribute was like followed statements.
      As the results of analyzed by age of infants, under 2-year-old-infants have high efficiency in art part, and 2-year-old-infants have high efficiency in social relationship part, communication part, and studying nature part. Then, as the result of analyzed by established type of centers, there was no difference among the local, private, and family care center. Also, as the results of analyzed by the number of possible seat, there were 6 high parts for more than 100 possible seats, and the results show centers which have more than 7 infants class have high efficiency. Including, the centers which passed the accreditation have high efficiency in every parts, and there was no difference between rural and urban area.
