직업무용수의 공연시 몰입경험 정도 = A Study on the Professional Dancer's Flow Experience during Their Performance

국문 초록 (Abstract)

체육영역에서 신체활동의 참가 및 최고수행과 관련된 몰입경험에 관한 연구는 신체움직임을 기본으로 하는 무용에서도 몰입과 관련된 연구가 가능하다는 점에서 상당한 시사점을 준다고 볼 수 있다. 국립 및 시립의 무용단은 우리나라에서 인정받는 무용수들로 최상의 수행을 경험한 사람들이다, 이들이 최상의 경험에서 갖게되는 몰입경험의 정도를 규명하고, 역으로 몰입경험의 정도와 최상수행과의 관계를 분석하는 연구는 매우 필요하다고 생각된다.
본 연구는 무용수의 사회인구학적 특성, 즉 성, 연령, 경력, 주인공여부, 입상경력, 출신고 등에 따른 몰입경험 정도 하위요인인 도전·기술 조화, 행위·인식 통합, 목적, 피드백, 과제집중도, 통제력, 자아의식 상실, 시간변형, 목적 의식적 경험 등의 차이를 분석하는 데 주된 목적이 있다.
본 연구에서는 1998년 현재 서울시립무용단, 인천시립무용단, 국립국악원, 부산시립무용단, 경기도립무용단 등의 국·시립무용단과 법인단체인 서울예술단 등 6개 예술단의 한국무용을 전공하는 단원을 임의 표집하여 220명을 추출하였다. 설문지의 신뢰성이 부족하다고 판단되거나 조사과정에서 누락된 설문지를 제외하고 최종 분석에 사용된 인원은 총 201명이다.
무용수의 몰입경험 정도에 대한 설문지 신뢰도 분석 결과 Cronbach' α=.87로 나타났다. 이는 본 연구에서 사용한 〈무용수의 몰입경험 정도〉에 관한 설문지의 신뢰성이 높다는 것을 시사해 주고 있다.
한편 본 연구에서 사용한 통계처리는 t-검증(t-test) 및 일원변량분석(oneway ANOVA analysis) 방법에 의해 이루어 졌다.
이상과 같은 연구방법 및 절차를 통하여 본 연구에서 도출한 결론은 다음과 같다.
첫째, 무용수의 연령에 따른 몰입경험 하위요인 행위·인식 통합, 목적, 과제집중도, 통제력은 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 무용수의 성에 따른 몰입경협 하위요인 행위·인식 통합,, 목적은 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 무용수의 경력에 따른 몰입경험 하위요인인 통제력은 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
넷째, 무용수의 주인공 여부에 따른 몰입경험 하위요인 행위·인식 통합, 목적, 피드백, 과제 집중도는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
다섯째, 무용수의 출신고에 따른 몰입경험 하위요인 도전·기술 조화는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
여섯째, 무용수의 입상경험에 따른 몰입경험 하위요인 행위·인식 통합, 피드백, 과제 집중도, 통제력, 자아의식 상실은 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was aimed at determining the coirelations between dancers‘ demographic variables and indicator of their mental immersion; The demographic variables were sex, age, career length, experience of heroine role, award and high school education, while the indicators were of challenge-skill balance, action-awareness merging, clear goals, unambiguous feedback, concentration on task at hand, sense of control, loss, of self-consciousness, transformation of time, autotelic experience,etc.
To this end, 220 traditional dancers were randomly sampled form those working for 6 dance troupe: Seoul City Dance Troupe, Inchon City Dance Troupe, National Traditional Music Institute, Pusan City Dance Troupe and Kyonggi-do Dance Troupe. After excluding those questionnaire answers less reliable or unreturned, a total 201 answers qere used for this study.
As a result of analyzing the reliability of the questionnaire,it was found that Cronbach's alpha was .87, which suggests that the questionaries for this study may have been highly reliable.
The collected data were processed for t-test and one-way ANOVA analysis.
The results from such methods and procedures can be summarized asfollow;
First, such indication of dancer's flow experience as action-awareness merging, clear goals, concentration on task at hand, and sense of control differed significantly depending their ages.
Second, such indication of dancer's flow experience as action-awareness merging, clear goals differed significantly depending their sexes.
Third, a sense of control, an indicator of dancer's flow experience differed significantly depending their carrier lengths.
Fourth, such indication of dancer's flow experience as action-awareness merging, clear goals, immediately feedback, and concentration on task at hand differed significantly depending their experience of heroine role.
Fifth, such indication of dancer's fiow experience as challenge-skill balance differed significantly depending their background of high school.
Sixth, such indication of dancer's flow experience as action-awareness merging, concentration on task at hand, and sense of control differed significantly depending their experience of award.
