씨름경기 지도자의 리더십유형이 선수만족도 및 운동지속에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 중학교 씨름지도자의 리더십유형이 선수만족도 및 운동지속에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다.
연구대상은 2009년 현재 대한씨름협회에 등록된 중학교 씨름선수들을 모집단으로 설정하였으며, 231명의 자료를 실제분석 사용하였다. 조사도구는 설문지를 사용하였고, 자료분석은 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 연구방법과 절차를 통해 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 지도자의 리더십유형이 선수만족도에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 리더십유형의 하위변인 중 훈련과 지시유형, 사회지지 유형, 긍정적 보상유형이 선수만족도에 정적인(+)영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 지도자의 리더십유형이 운동지속에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 경향성에서는 훈련과 지시유형, 사회지지 유형이 정적인(+)영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 가능성요인에서는 권위적 유형이 정적인(+)영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 강화성요인에서는 사회지지 유형이 정적인(+)영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 선수들의 선수만족도가 운동지속에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 선수만족도는 경향성, 가능성, 강화성에 정적인(+)영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of leadership type of ssireum coach on satisfaction and Intention of continuation for ssireum player. The subjects of this study are composed of Ssireum players of middle schoolers who were administrated in the association for Korean Ssireum and 231 people. It was a method of questionnaire for this study and used to analyze the data for multiple regression analysis. There are conclusions of this study.
First, there was a positive effect to satisfaction of the player which were training & instructor type, social support type, and positive feedback type compared with the leadership type of the coach.
Second, there was a positive effect to Intention of continuation which were training & instructor type and social support type compared with the leadership type of the coach. There was a negative effect to Intention of continuation which is autocratic type in enabling and was a positive effect at social support type in reinforcing compared with the leadership type of the coach.
Third, it happened that satisfaction of the player gives a positive effect to Predisposing, Enabling, and Reinforcing for the effect of satisfaction on Intention of continuation of the player.
