초등학교교사의 상담활동 인식에 관한 연구 = A study on counseling activity consciousness by elementary school teachers

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 초등학교 교사들을 대상으로 학교 상담활동 실태 및 상담활동에 대한 인식을 조사하고 바람직한 초등학교 상담활동의 방향을 모색해 보고자 하는데 연구의 목적과 필요성이 있다고 하겠다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위한 연구 문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등학교 교사들의 학교 상담활동 실태는 어떠한가? 둘째, 초등학교 교사들의 학교 상담활동에 대한 인식은 어떠한가? 셋째, 초등학교 교사들의 학교 상담활동의 방향과 활성화 방안은 무엇인가? 본 연구의 대상자는 충청남도 태안군에 있는 초등학교 교사 200명(남자교사 92명, 여자교사 102명)을 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구의 조사도구는 상담실태, 상담활동 인식 및 상담의 활성화방향을 묻는 설문지로 구성되었다. 자료 분석은 빈도분석과 교차분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요한 결론은 첫째, 상담은 지속적인 관심과 시간이 필요하다. 둘째, 학생의 건전한 적응 및 자아실현의 기회를 제공하기 위해 학생들과 교사 사이의 유대관계 형성 및 전문적 상담 능력이 필요하다. 셋째, 상담시설의 설치와 편리하게 이용할 수 있는 시스템 및 홍보가 필요하다. 넷째, 상담에 필요한 전문적인 지식 및 자세를 습득할 수 있도록 연수 시간 및 연수 프로그램을 지속적으로 제공해야 한다. 다섯째, 효과적인 상담활동 지원을 위해 전문상담교사가 각 학교에 배치되어야 한다. 본 연구의 시사점은 급변하는 사회 상황 및 시대의 변화에 대응할 수 있도록 학생들의 자기주도적인 문제해결 능력, 자아실현 능력을 길러주어야 한다. 아울러 교사와 교사, 학교와 학교, 지역과 학교의 활발한 의사소통을 통해 개발되어 있는 상담자료 및 프로그램의 공유와 활용이 필요하며, 지속적인 협력과 연구가 필요하다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to find out actual condition and recognition of school counseling focus on elementary school teachers. Thus, this study tries to find desirable elementary school counseling.
To fulfill this purpose, we set following problem. First, how was the actual condition of school counseling by elementary school teachers. Second, how elementary school teachers recognize school counseling. Third, how to revitalize school counseling by elementary school teachers. This study include 200 elementary school teachers(92 male teacher, 108 female teacher). I conducted a questionnaire asking school counseling's actual condition, recognition and solution to revitalize school counseling.
The result of this study was analyzed through frequency analysis and cross analysis(X²).
Followings are main conclusion of this study. First, counseling needs continuous interest and time. Second, to provide students with healthy adaptation and self-realization, there are need of student-teacher ties and teacher's special counseling ability. Third, establishment of counseling room with promotion is needed. Fourth, training programs which give teachers special knowledge about counseling should be provided. Fifth, counseling teachers should be arranged in each school for effective counseling.
This study suggest that students should be educated with self-directed problem solving ability and self-realization. Communication among teacher-teacher, school-school and local community-school is also needed with sharing developed counseling data and program. What's more, continuous cooperation and study is required.
