음악수업컨설팅을 통한 의뢰교사의 반성적 사고가 수업전문성에 미치는 영향 = A study on influence of client teachers' reflective thinking on ability of music teaching through music instruction consulting

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 의뢰교사 2명의 수업을 관찰, 분석, 컨설팅, 인터뷰하여 의뢰교사의 반성적 사고를 도와 음악수업 컨설팅을 통한 의뢰교사의 반성적 사고가 음악수업 전문성 향상에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다.
연구를 위하여 신규 교사 2명의 자발적인 의뢰를 받아 수업할 제재곡을 선정하고 음악수업컨설팅 모형을 개발한 후 수업하게 하였다. 수업녹화 및 전사 자료를 바탕으로 수업분석을 하고 인터뷰, 컨설팅을 하였으며, 수업관찰지, 수업자 반성저널, 인터뷰자료, 학생활동지, 컨설팅 일지, 컨설팅 후기를 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.
첫째, 수업분석지 분석 결과 컨설팅을 받은 후 모든 영역에서 수업능력에 변화를 보였으며, 그 중 수업설계 영역과 매체활용 영역에서 가장 많은 변화를 보였다.
둘째, 두 교사의 반성 저널을 분석한 결과 컨설팅이 진행될수록 내용면에서 구체적으로 반성하는 것을 발견할 수 있었으며, 반성을 수업 중 반성과 수업 후 반성으로 나눌 때 수업 중 반성을 통한 문제해결을 좀 더 전문가로서의 능력으로 보았는데 두 교사 모두 수업 중 수업목표 달성이 어렵다고 판단되었을 때 활동방향을 수정하는 것을 볼 수 있었다. 이로써 반성하는 능력도 향상된다는 것을 알 수 있었다.
셋째, 컨설팅을 통한 의뢰교사의 반성적 사고가 수업의 전문성을 신장 시킨다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 두 의뢰교사의 수업을 관찰할 때 수업루틴의 설정이 자연스러워졌고 교수능력이 향상되어 학습목표 도달도가 변화된 것을 볼 수 있었다.
넷째, 의뢰교사가 가지고 있는 능력이나 수준이 다를 때에는 다른 방법의 컨설팅을 모색해야 효과적이라는 것을 알 수 있었다. 두 교사가 수업을 성찰할 수 있는 능력이 다를 때 개인에게 알맞은 컨설팅을 통해 반성적 사고를 할 수 있도록 도움을 주어 수업을 성공적으로 이끌 수 있었다.
다섯째, 교사 개인의 음악적 능력과 교수능력 및 수업기술은 별개로 개인이 음악적 능력을 갖추었다 하더라도 교수능력 및 수업기술에 대한 실천적 지식을 갖춘 컨설턴트의 조언이 꼭 필요하다.
여섯째, 수업컨설팅은 본 연구자의 수업 전문성 신장에도 많은 영향을 주었다. 수업지원을 하기 위해 수업 기술 및 컨설팅 기술에 관한 많은 지식을 배울 수 있었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of reflective thinking on the enhancement of professionalism through the helping process of observing, interviewing and the analyzing two client teachers' teaching.
Two client teachers selected two units, designed instructional plans, and gave lessons to elementary students based by this researcher's consulting.
After analyzing the data of video recording with such as teaching observation diaries, reflective journals, interviewing materials, student activity, consulting diaries and research journals, concluded as follows.
First, the music teaching analysis for client teachers after the consulting shows that the teaching ability in the whole area is improved very much, especially in the area of designing music lesson and utilizing media.
Secondly, according to the analysis of two clients' reflective journals, the more consulting progressed, the more reflective thinking in detail. When observing the difference between the reflection 'during the teaching' and 'after the teaching'(regarded that the ability of reflecting 'during the teaching' is the more important for specialization), we can find that both clients modified their activities when they found the objectives of the teaching were difficult to be achieved. In other words, reflective thinking ability improves itself.
Third, reflective thinking of the client teachers advances their ability of music teaching. And it makes the teaching routines more natural, teaching goals more easily gotten by the progress in teaching ability.
Fourth, the consulting methods depend upon the ability of teaching. In other words different consulting to improve the effectiveness is required appropriate for each clients' observing ability on teaching.
Fifth, although a teacher has the individual musical ability and teaching skill, advise of consultant with practical knowledge about teaching ability and technique is demanded for teaching ability and instruction.
Finally, the researcher could have advanced knowledge of teaching skill and consulting technique through this study.
