희망직업이미지와 자기이미지 일치성이 고등학생의 진로선택 및 진로경로에 미치는 영향

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Nowadays, the job market is rapidly changing as society changes and develops and this makes it difficult for the individuals to choose career. Since the direction in which the individuals choose career decides the direction and quality of life, preparations for setting up the direction and for rationally choosing career are needed so that the individuals can lead satisfactory and productive life.
The areas of the juvenile career are divided roughly into juveniles and career but these areas have organic relations with each other, so integrated and comprehensive discussions by the experts on both areas should be made. However, the experts on both areas were consistently unilateral and their guidelinesfor career to be provided to juveniles were so diverse and complex that they have been creating confusion. Gettingout of the discussions that have been in a stalemate, it is necessary to present the guidelines that can lead juveniles more wisely when they try to choose career and pursue the career path. This should be based on the results of in-depth study on the career consciousness and career path of the juveniles.
The purpose of this study is to present a desirable direction of career education for high school students and provide basic data for career education and career guidance through comparative analysis on an actual proof basis by dividing the students into those in the department of humanities and those in the vocational department with regard to external and internal factors that are influenced by the agreement of job image and self-image in choosing career and career path. This study analyzes what effect the agreement of desired job image and self-image has on career choice and career path. This study is meaningful in that it compares and presents high school students’career choice and career path and provides basic data that can present rational guidelines for juveniles’ career choice. This study is valuable in that the agreement of desired job image and self image was examined in this study in Korea and it is meaningful in that basic data can be provided in consulting about jobs so that high school students can choose their career rationally through this study.
