다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

「Law on Records Management of Public Institution」is enacted at 1999. It is prescribed in this law that records management specialists are necessarily placed on the central government, local autonomous entity, city, town and national university. It followed hereupon and national the demand occurred, the professional manpower was demanded and the curriculum from graduate school level was established.
Therefore, government organized job of Records Manager and Archivist in records research sub job family of curator job family of research personnel. Because of this, since 2005 full-time professional agents have begun to fill to national archives of korea, central government and local autonomous entity.
Despite these historic flow records, but still a clear sense of identity records manager did come true, accurate recognition of the role of records manager has not come true.
Therefore, the purpose of this study would clarify unique job through job analysis of the records managers, and it deduce the importance of each job of work. It will want to be able to a select and concentrate. Operating smoothly and efficiently through the records center will want to. For this, study is advanced as follow.
First, job analysis and job of records manager were studied through literature. Second, the present condition of archivists and records managers is researched by analysing web site and interviewing with records managers. Third, job of records manager of the central government is analysed by surveying. Based on analysis result, job description of records managers of the central government was described.
