취업준비생의 경제적 스트레스와 진로태도성숙이 무망감과 정신건강에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 취업준비생의 경제적 스트레스와 진로태도성숙이 무망감과 정신건강에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다.
자료는 취업을 준비하고 있는 대학 4학년과 4년제 대학 졸업생 429명을 대상으로 설문조사 방법으로 수집되었으며, 기술통계 분석, 상관분석, 단계적 중다회귀분석, 독립표본 t-검정, 일원변량분석, 이원변량분석 등의 방법을 사용하여 통계분석을 하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 경제적 스트레스는 무망감, 심리적 부적응과 유의미한 정적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 즉, 경제적 스트레스가 높을수록 무망감과 심리적 부적응 수준이 높아지는 부정적인 영향을 미친다. 심리적 부적응을 예언하는데 있어서는 무망감이 경제적 스트레스보다 높은 설명력을 나타냈다.
둘째, 진로태도성숙은 무망감, 심리적 부적응과 부적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 즉, 진로태도성숙 수준이 높을수록 무망감 수준과 심리적 부적응 수준은 낮아지는 긍정적인 영향을 미친다.
셋째, 경제적 스트레스와 진로태도성숙이 무망감과 심리적 부적응에 미치는 복합적 영향을 살펴본 결과, 경제적 스트레스 수준은 가장 높고 진로태도성숙 수준은 낮은 집단이 무망감과 심리적 부적응 수준이 가장 높았다. 또한 다른 집단과의 차이도 가장 컸다. 이것은 경제적 스트레스와 진로태도성숙을 각각 분석한 결과와도 일치하는 것으로 두 가지 변인이 합쳐졌을 때도 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is to investigate the effect of the economic stress and career attitude maturity which are related to the youth unemployment on the hopelessness and mental health.

A survey was conducted on 429 persons of the senior and graduate students who are preparing for the work. The survey data was analyzed using a statistical method such as descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, multiple regression, independent sample t-test, one way ANOVA, two way ANOVA.

The results are as follows.

First, the economic stress had a positive correlation with the hopelessness and psychological maladjustment. The higher economic stress caused an increase in the hopelessness and psychological maladjustment. The hopelessness could explain the psychological maladjustment better rather than the economic stress could.

Second, career attitude maturity had a negative correlation with the hopelessness and psychological maladjustment. The higher level in career attitude maturity decreased the level of the hopelessness and psychological maladjustment.

Third, the interaction effect of the economic stress and career attitude maturity on the hopelessness and psychological maladjustment was studied. The group with higher economic stress and lower career attitude maturity showed the highest level of hopelessness and psychological maladjustment. Besides, this group showed the most difference all of the group. This result is consistent with those from each factor of economic stress and career attitude maturity, implying that the synergic effect of economic stress and career attitude maturity is statistically meaningful.
