Our country have been experiencing various society phenomenons through the sudden industrial and citied process 1960s. In particular, the culture related to new sex of that we can not imagine since codification of open West Europe has been accepted from the 1980s is accepted indiscriminately. Men are analyzed wrong by opening sexual action and information about wrong sex which can approach easily on Internet flood is mass-producing disordered sex tendency and wrong culture.
In this study, progress study about sexual predator's sex's way as that is a member who should be preceded most basically of sex offense access. Of course, cause that affect to sex offense is various. In past, there was occasion that man approach unartificially by thing which sex offense occurs by force to woman. However, vicinity about sex offense should approaches more variously if consider nowaday cultural variety. Reason which do access about sex's way in this study among them is that is memorial service held on the anniversary of death that sexual predator's sex's way can exert effect that is direct on sex offense conduct. On the other hand, reason which must do the most fundamental access because can make housing for succession study, and is for effective countermeasure. In this study, try to attempt sexual predator's sex's psychologic access related to way. In particular, rape myth, sexual violence toleration by sex's way and do gender of role fixed idea and ordinary people's difference with sexual predator.
May see various effect in establishment and execution of connection policy if Test is available at various field laying stress on this study about sex's way of sexual predators with ordinary people in detective administration of justice agency etc... Also, may offer the main data and an opportunity in the education and relevant organization for change of consciousness via sexual predator's consciousness through this study.
Cause of sex offense can consider by various access method as following.

Composition of this study is as following.
The second chapter discussed concept about sex offense. Also, discussed about sexual predator's sex's way. Main theory that seek access by connection reason presented theoretical background for sufferer contact fire as victimology access in occasion of Rape myth. Divides in action type and legal type and explained sexual violence type that can happen in our everyday life for sexual violence toleration degree. Reason which choose people surveyed for sexual predator group and ordinary people group two groups in this study is that this study brings personality of comparative study. Also, investigation subject person limited by man, because this study examines to the sex offense injurer center. In this study, literature investigation and the formula statistics data of analyze, questionnaire item between target group executed statistical analysis using SPSS Window 15.0 statistics program doing varialization.

1. sexual predator and ordinary people are difference in rape myth.
1-1 sexual predator and ordinary people are difference in realization about sufferer buck-passing.
