자기불일치, 이상형과 실제 파트너의 일치 정도 및 관계의 질이 이성관계 집착행동에 미치는 영향 = (The) effect of self-discrepancy and degree of match between ideals and actual partner and relationship quality on jibchack behavior

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 교제중인 남녀의 집착행동에 개인 요인, 파트너 요인, 관계 요인이 어떤 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 집착행동에 영향을 미치는 변인으로 개인 요인은 자기불일치 수준, 파트너 요인은 이상형과 실제 파트너의 일치 정도, 관계 요인은 사랑요소(열정, 친밀감, 헌신), 관계의 질, 관계 만족도를 선정하였다. 이를 검증하기 위해 현재 교제중인 성인 남녀 307명을 대상으로 자기불일치, 이상형과 실제 파트너의 일치 정도, 사랑요소, 관계의 질, 관계만족도에 관한 설문을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 자기불일치 수준이 높을수록, 이상형과 실제 파트너의 일치 정도가 낮을수록, 열정과 부정적 의사소통이 높을수록, 그리고 친밀감이 낮을수록 집착행동 수준이 높았다. 그중에서도 관계 요인인 열정과 부정적 의사소통이 집착행동과 그 하위요인에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 이성 관계에서의 집착행동 연구의 시사점과 제한점, 그리고 추후 연구방향을 논의하였다.

This study attempted to investigate the effects of individual factor(self-discrepancy), partner factor(difference between ideals and actual partner), and relationship factors(passion, intimacy, commitment, relationship quality, relationship satisfaction) on jibchack behavior in romantic relationships. 307 adults who were dating those days completed the questionnaire about self-discrepancy, difference between ideals and actual partner, the components of love, relationship quality and relationship satisfaction. The results showed that high self- discrepancy, difference between ideals and actual partner, passion and negative communication, and low intimacy predicted jibchack behavior. Relationship factors such as passion and negative communication have the greatest effects on jibchack behavior and its sub-factors. The limitations of this study and the suggestions for future researches were also discussed.
