특수교사의 임파워먼트 수준과 영향 요인에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 특수교사의 임파워먼트 수준을 파악하고 특수교사의 임파워먼트에 영향을 미치는 요인을 밝히는데 그 목적이 있다.
이를 위해 본 연구에서는 일반교사 임파워먼트 측정도구인 SPES를 수정 보완하여 특수교사 200명을 대상으로 질문지 연구를 실시하였다. 임파워먼트 수준에 영향을 주는 내적요인으로는 특수교사의 개인적인 배경인 성별, 연령, 경력, 직위, 근무지, 학교급, 소지자격, 연수경험을 설정하고 외적요인으로는 담당학생 장애유형, 담당학생 장애정도, 근무환경, 동료교사와의 관계, 관리자와의 관계, 직무만족, 보수 및 승진을 설정하였다.
본 연구의 결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 일반교사들에 대해 연구한 선행연구들과 비교해 볼 때 특수교사의 임파워먼트는 비교적 높은 편이었다.
둘째, 특수교사의 임파워먼트에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보기 위해 검증한 결과, 전체 특수교사의 임파워먼트에 영향을 주는 요인은 보호자와의 관계, 직무만족, 경력, 동료교사와의 관계, 근무지의 순으로 나타났다.
셋째, 특수교사의 임파워먼트 하위 요소 별로 영향요인을 살펴본 결과 자율성, 영향력, 비전공유, 자기효능감, 과업수행동기 모두에서 보호자와의 관계가 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the level of special education teacher empowerment and influential factors of the empowerment of special education teachers.
This research was conducted questionnaire survey and it was the major method of this study. These questionnaires were designed for the purpose of surveying the level of special teachers' empowerment and influential factors of the empowerment of special education teacher. Questionnaire was revised based on SPES(School Participant Empowerment Scale) which had been created by Short and Rinehart in 1992. The other questionnaire was based on the former researches.
The subjects of the survey were 200 special teachers who were working in elementary level and middle level special schools and special classes in Pusan by random sampling. The collected data were analyzed by the SPSS version 10.0. The methods of statistics used to analyze the collected data by cronbach's α and t(F) test and factor analysis and multiple regression analysis.
The results obtained in this study are summarized as follows.
First. The level of the whole empowerment of special teacher was relatively high with masks on average 3.75 of 5.
Second. According to the examination of the influential factors of special teacher, internal factor(Personal Characteristics) is the number of years that teachers had worked. when the career is high, so was the level of empowerment high. And external factors were the relationship of parents, job satisfaction, the relationship of peer, working place.
