정서조절 능력증진 집단상담 프로그램이 시설 청소년의 정서조절 능력 및 또래관계 증진에 미치는 효과

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of emotional control ability promotion collective counselling program on facility youngsters' improvement of emotional control ability and peer relationship. To achieve the purpose, this study used the Teacher's Infant Emotional Intelligence Evaluation Scale that Gyeong-Heui Kim(1998) originally produced based on the findings of Golman(1995) and Mayer et al(1990, 1995) and Gyeong-Suk Son(2007) re-composed.
The subject of this research was 20 middle and high school students in ○○ rearing facility located in YD-gun, K Province. They were divided randomly into experimental and control group by 10 persons each. Program was carried out by the researcher herself for 20 sessions for 10 weeks from July 7, to September 12, 2008 and for 1 and half an hour for session. To investigate facility youngsters' improvement of emotional control ability and peer relationship, the emotional control ability and peer relationship before and after program were compared and analyzed. SPSS 14.0 program was used for ANCOVA(analysis of covariance). The result of analysis showed that the emotional control ability promotion collective counselling program which was carried out in this study is found out to be effective on the improvement of emotional control ability and peer relationship.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 정서조절 능력증진 집단상담 프로그램이 시설 청소년의 정서조절 능력 및 또래관계 증진에 미치는 효과를 알아보는데 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해서 본 연구에서는 Golman(1995), Mayer 등 (1990, 1995)의 연구결과를 토대로 김경회(1998)가 제작한 교사용 유아정서지능 평정척도를 손경숙(2007)이 재구성한 것을 사용하였다.
본 연구의 연구대상은 K도 YD군에 소재하고 있는 ○○양육시설 내 중, 고등학생 20명을 대상으로 하였다. 이들 중 각 10명씩을 실험집단과 통제집단에 무선 배정하였다. 프로그램은 2008년 7월 7일부터 9월 12일까지 10주간 주 2회 총 20회기, 매 회기 1시간 30분씩 본 연구자가 직접 진행하였다. 그리고 시설 청소년의 정서조절 능력과 또래관계 증진을 알아보기 위해 정서조절능력과 또래관계를 프로그램 전과 후에 실시하여 비교 분석하였다. 분석은 SPSS 14.0프로그램을 사용하여 공변량 분석을 사용하였다. 분석결과 본 연구에서 실시한 정서조절 능력증진 집단상담 프로그램은 시설 청소년의 정서조절 능력과 또래관계 증진에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
