This thesis is related to research into stress brought on by the working conditions of social workers. These stress factors induce welfare workers into changing their occupation.
This research is related to duty exhaustion, duty satisfaction and system devotion and how they are related to duty stress. The study looks at how these factors cause workers to seek to change their occupation. Analysis of a questionnaire uses the Lickert scale to measure the job stress of social welfare workers in the catagories of duty stress, duty exhaustion, duty satisfaction, system devotion and changing occupation. An inspection of the evidence(Hypothesis) uses SPSS. A valied hyothesis uses a definite cause, reability hypothesis uses reability of Cronbach α calculation. A analysis of differences operate a description statics and specific difference analysis. The study cases verification operate enforce correlation analysis and rescue equation model analysis which use SPSS 14.0 and AMOS 6.0. Statistical hypothesis testing is verificated previous adaption which constructions are influenced to AMOS these are exogenous variable, endogenous variable of hypothesis, and used specfic charcters a cause calculation and fixing index(t-value) attention level.
The research analyzed duty stress, duty exhaustion, system devotion, duty satisfaction, changing occupation is few means not like sex, age, staff level, actual affairs. It analysed stand apart factors such as marriage, education, career for social welfare, service period and income.
Results show that higher educational levels, staffing levels and workers of 3 ∼5 years working experience show high duty stress. This should be considered by administrators.
It is concluded that it is necessary to implement provisions for 3∼5 year social welfare workers and management for higher duty satisfaction.
