재혼가족의 청소년이 지각한 친부모와의 촉진적 의사소통이 새부모와의 관계에 미치는 영향 = Effects of the facilitative communication with bioparent perceived by adolescent in the stepfamily on the relationship with the stepparent

국문 초록 (Abstract)

우리 사회에서 부부의 이혼 및 사별에 따른 재혼이 증가하면서 재혼가족의 가족문제와 가족욕구에 주목한 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 그 중에서도 재혼가정의 성공을 결정짓는데 큰 영향을 미친다고 알려져 있는 재혼가족 청소년 계자녀-계부모 관계에 초점을 맞춘 연구들이 증가하고 있다.
본 연구의 목적은 재혼가족의 청소년 자녀가 지각하는 친부모의 촉진적 의사소통이 새부모와의 관계에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 알아보기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해서 서울, 의정부, 분당, 천안 지역에서 거주하는 재혼가족의 중․고등학생들을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통하여 얻은 자료와 설문조사를 보완하고자 심층 면접을 실시하여 얻은 자료를 분석하였다.
연구 결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 재혼가족 청소년 자녀가 지각한 친부모와의 촉진적 의사소통 중 ‘구체성’이 새부모와의 관계에서 친밀감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 친부모가 구체적인 언어를 사용하여 청소년 자녀와 의사소통 할 때, 새부모와 친밀한 관계를 형성하고 있다고 지각하였다. 둘째, 재혼가족 청소년 자녀가 지각한 친부모와의 촉진적 의사소통 중 ‘자아개방’이 새부모와의 관계에서 보살핌에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다시 말하면 재혼가족 청소년 자녀는 친부모가 자신을 드러내는 자아개방의 수준이 높은 의사소통을 한다고 지각할 때, 자신이 새부모를 보살펴준다고 지각하였다. 셋째, 재혼가족 청소년 자녀가 지각한 친부모의 촉진적 의사소통 중 자아개방이 새부모와의 관계에서 애정형성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 재혼가족 청소년 자녀는 친부모가 자아개방의 수준이 높은 의사소통을 한다고 지각할 때, 새부모와의 관계에서 애정을 느끼는 것으로 나타났다.
넷째, 재혼가족 청소년 자녀는 친부모와의 대화 시간의 부족과 의사소통 과정에서 경험하는 자신에 대한 이해 부족과 부모의 비지지적인 양육태도 대한 불만을 갖고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 더불어 새부모의 비일관적인 훈육방식에 대해서도 불만을 갖고 있는 것으로 나타났다.
본 연구 결과 재혼가족 청소년이 지각하는 친부모와의 촉진적 의사소통 중 구체성과 자아개방이 새부모와의 관계에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 재혼가족 청소년 자녀에 대한 친부모의 애정과 관심 등의 심리적 지지가 자녀의 적응과 새부모와의 긍정적인 관계를 형성하는 것에 도움을 줄 수 있음을 예상해 볼 수 있다. 따라서 이러한 연구 결과를 기초로 재혼가족 청소년 자녀 양육에 대한 친부모, 새부모의 부모역할 훈련 프로그램, 재혼가족 부모와 자녀를 위한 촉진적 의사소통 프로그램의 개발을 제안한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Since the rate of the remarrige due to divorce and bereavement has increase, the study that note to stepfamily's problem and their needs has accomplished.
Among them, the study that focus on adolescent's adaptation has increased which is known as a main factor that determine for the stepfamily's success.
The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of the facilitative communication with bioparent perceived by adolescent in stepfamily on the relationship with their stepparent and the problem that the adolescent in stepfamily may experience difficulties from the relationship with their bioparent and stepparent.
For this, middle school and high school students who have stepfamily in Seoul, Uijeongbu, Bundang, Cheonan were subjected to survey and collected data were analyzed, and five students in stepfamily were interviewed for this project.
The findings were follows:
First, it has been shown that bioparent's the level of concreteness of facilitative communication perceived by adolescent in stepfamily can be positively effected on the intimacy of the relationship with their stepparent. That is to say, when bioparent communicated with their adolescent child that they used concrete terms, adolescent child perceived that they formed the intimate relationship with their stepparent.
Second, it has been shown that bioparent's the level of self disclosure of facilitative communication perceived by adolescent in stepfamily can be positively effected on the attention of the relationship with their stepparent. In other words, when adolescent child who were in the stepfamily perceive their bioparent use high level of self disclosure of facilitative communication with them, they perceived they took care of their stepparent.
Third, it has been shown that bioparent's the level of self disclosure of perceived by adolescent in stepfamily can be positively effected on the affection of the relationship with their stepparent. In other words, when adolescent child who were in the stepfamily perceive their bioparent use high level of self disclosure of facilitative communication with them, they feel affection from their stepparent.
Lastly, it has been shown that the adolescent who were in stepfamily experienced a lack of communication from their parents and they perceived their parent didn't understand themselves when they communicate with their parent, and it has been shown that the adolescent who were in stepfamily experienced parent's inconsistent disciplinary attitude.
The result of this study indicated that bioparent's the level of concreteness and self disclosure of facilitative communication by adolescent in stepfamilies can be effected on the intimacy, the attention and affection of the relationship with their stepparents and that adolescent in stepfamilies who need understanding and attention from their parent and stepparent through constant conversation.
Accordingly based on the results of this study suggests that stepfamily care program for adolescents should be developed as a parents education and facilitative communication program for stepfamily should be developed.
