      The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of kindergarten teacher's empowerment and job satisfaction on the organizational commitment, and to explore different influences based on their career in the education and organization patterns. Questions addressed in this study include:

      1. What is the effects of kindergarten teacher's empowerment and job satisfaction on the organizational commitment?

      2. What is the effects of kindergarten teacher's empowerment and job satisfaction on the organizational commitment based on their career?

      3. What is the effects of kindergarten teacher's empowerment and job satisfaction on the organizational commitment based on the organization patterns?

      Questionnaires used for this study consisted of three parts; kindergarten teacher's empowerment, kindergarten teacher's job satisfaction and kindergarten teacher's organizational commitment. This study was carried out with 300 teachers who served at the inclusive early childhood education organizations in daegu & kyungbuk. The data collected in this study were evaluated by the multiple regression(stepwise) using SPSS, a statistical package.

      The results were as follows:
      First, it was shown that the kindergarten teacher's empowerment and job satisfaction had significant effects on the organizational commitment.

      Second, it was shown that the kindergarten teacher's empowerment and job satisfaction were statistically significant differences, with respect to the organizational commitment based on their career.

      Third, it was shown that the kindergarten teacher's empowerment and job satisfaction were statistically significant differences, with respect to the organizational commitment based on the organization patterns.
