청소년의 자아분화가 대인관계와 문제행동에 미치는 영향 : 갈등해결전략의 매개효과 = The Relationships of Self-Differentiation with Personal Relations and Behavior Problems in Adolescence : The Mediating Effect of Conflict Resolution Strategy

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 청소년의 자아분화 수준과 갈등해결전략이 이들의 문제행동(내재화, 외현화)및 대인관계에 미치는 영향과 청소년의 자아분화 수준과 문제행동 및 대인관계 간에 갈등해결전략이 매개역할을 하는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이러한 목적으로 경남 마산, 창원, 김해 및 밀양에 소재하고 있는 중학교 2, 3학년 20개 학급 700명을 임의표집 하여 설문조사를 실시하였다.
본 연구의 주요한 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 청소년의 자아분화는 이들의 내재화 및 외현화 문제행동 정도에 부적인 영향을, 대인관계 정도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 청소년의 자아분화 수준을 통제하고 나서 양보와 회피 갈등해결전략은 내재화 문제행동에 정적인 영향을 미치고, 지배 갈등해결전략은 외현화 문제행동을 증가시킨다는 사실을 확인할 수 있었다.
셋째, 청소년의 자아분화를 통제하고 나서 양보 갈등해결전략은 대인관계에 부적인 영향을, 협력/절충 갈등해결전략은 대인관계에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
넷째, 청소년의 자아분화와 대인관계와의 관계에서 갈등해결전략 중 협력/절충 갈등해결전략이 매개역할을 하는 것으로 확인되었다.
즉, 청소년의 자아분화는 직접적으로 대인관계수준을 향상시키기도 하고, 친구와의 갈등장면에서 협력 및 절충 갈등해결전략을 통하여 간접적으로 대인관계수준을 향상시키기도 한다고 할 수 있다.
본 연구는 청소년의 자아분화가 문제행동(내재화, 외현화)과 대인관계에 영향을 미치고, 이러한 관계에서 협력/절충 갈등해결전략이 매개역할을 하는 심리적 기제를 확인하였다는데 그 의의가 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study examined the validity of self-differentiation which was made to overcome the conflict between friends of the teenagers by behavior problems, personal relations with self-differentiation. For this, questionnaires were administered to 700 male and female students from 20 classes of 5 middle schools in Changwon, Masan, Kimhae and Miryang, Kyungsangnam-do. The research yields the following findings. Firstly, adolescents' self-differentiation was negatively influenced to their behavior problems and positively influenced to their personal relations. Secondly, obliging and avoiding conflict resolution strategy were positively influenced to their internalizing behavior problems and dominating conflict resolution strategy was positively influenced to their externalizing behavior problems after controlling self-differentiation of adolescents. Thirdly, obliging strategy was negatively influenced to their personal relations, integrating-compromising strategy were positively influenced to the personal relations after controlling self-differentiation of adolescents. Fourthly, integrating-compromising strategy of the teenagers were confirmed by mediation effect of the self-differentiation, personal relations. The self-differentiation of adolescents directly improves the validity of personal relations and indirectly elevates the validity of personal relations through the integrating-compromising conflict resolution strategy. In sum, this study showed that self-differentiation validity of adolescents influenced to the internalizing, externalizing behavior problems and personal relations, integrating-compromising conflict resolution strategy turned out mediation effect from the self-differentiation of the adolescents.
