배드민턴 여성 초보자의 하이 클리어동작에 대한 문제점 및 원인분석

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 배드민턴 여성 초보자의 하이클리어 동작에 대한 문제점 및 원인 분석을 하여 배드민턴 하이클리어가 되지 않는 여성 초보자 동호인들에게 효과적인 학습방법과 지도방안을 세울 수 있도록 하는데 목적 이였다. 이 목적을 달성하기 위하여 서산시 배드민턴 동호회 여성 초보자 중 하이클리어에 어려움을 겪고 있는 12명을 대상으로 하이클리어 동작에 대한 실험 후 영상분석을 통한 문제점을 파악하여, 여성 초보자들이 하이클리어 동작에 어려움 겪는 원인을 통계 처리 프로그램 SPSS WIN 12.0을 이용하여 분석하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study has aimed at planning how to teach high clear action to badminton woman beginner.
To attain study’s object, we have been got the problem by analysis after test of high clear for the people who has difficulty with Seosan badminton club. And then we got the reason why they got the problems for high clear by SPSS WIN 12.0.
This study has came to a conclusion following,
1. The action what evasion one’s shoulder or bend one’s back after swing, it have negative effect when they have training of high clear at badminton.
2. Usually, the swing evasion of badminton should be cooperative. As the result of study, especially woman beginners have difficult to bat high clear ball to end line, which doesn’t have any influence. They are avoiding their shoulder, bending their back when they are wing. Actually these actions don’t have any beneficial influence. For example, using a wrist making straight arm and so on. That’s why it should be limited.
3. The problems of high clear, what couldn’t use one’s wrist, make straight arm and doesn’t clear of point affect error range.
In conclusion, the reason what woman beginners are having difficult, it an action which they don’t make straight arm and couldn’t use wrist in inaccurate position. Because of they are trying to don’t make mistakes. Like avoiding of their shoulder, bending their back with uncertainty.
For sending the high clear ball to end line, they don’t have to do useless action. Like avoiding their shoulders or bending the back. And make sure the best location of ball’s accurate dropping point with spread out one’s arm. And then using a wrist is the effective way how to teach to woman beginners.
