초등학교 4학년 게임 활동 수업 컨설팅 사례 = The Experiences of a Physical Education Consultant in the 4th Graders' Tactical Game Activity

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 수업 컨설팅 모형을 바탕으로 체육과 게임 활동 수업의 컨설팅 과정을 기술하고 이 과정을 통해 의뢰인, 아동, 컨설턴트의 인식이 변화하는 것을 분석하는 데에 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 수도권에 소재한 경인초등학교의 초임교사 1명을 대상으로 하여 게임 활동 수업 컨설팅 3회 를 진행하였다.
참여 관찰과 심층 면담을 하였으며, 비디오 파일, 육성 녹음 파일, 수업관찰지와 수업 분석표 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 ‘자료의 정리-자료의 정독-범주의 개발-범주의 자료의 재배치-범주 체계의 개발-범주의 목록 작성 단계를 거치며 자료를 분석하였다. 이 과정에서 지속적 관찰, 삼각검증, 동료참고인 선정, 부정적 사례 분석, 준거기준의 적합성과 연구 참여자 확인을 통해 자료의 진실성을 확보하려고 노력하였다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 변화를 관찰하게 되었다.
첫째, 의뢰인은 수업의 설계와 실행 능력은 물론 평가 능력도 향상되어 체육 수업 지도에 대한 자신감을 가지게 되었다.
둘째, 체육 수업개선이 된 학급의 아동들은 내적 동기유발이 되어 활발한 기능연습 활동을 하는 가운데 게임 전략을 위한 토론 및 문제해결능력이 향상이 되었다.
셋째, 컨설턴트 또한 적절한 초등체육수업의 설계, 실행, 관찰 및 반성 능력이 향상되어 전문성 수준이 더욱 향상되는 계기가 되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the consulting processes of the fourth graders' tactical game activity. A beginning female elementary school teacher from one metropolitan area was selected as the consultee of this study.
Participant observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis were used for the data collection. The data included video files, audio taped files of the interviews, observation checklists, and lesson plans. The data were analyzed through the processes of "organizing data", "careful reading of the data", "developing category", "relocation of categorized data", "developing categorization system", and "writing the lists of categorization". To achieve the trustworthiness of the data, prolonged and consistent observations, triangulation, peer debriefing, negative analysis, and member checks were used. The changes of both the consultee and the consultant were as follows.
First, the consultee had not only improved her ability in designing and implementing the lesson plans but also had become a better assessor in assessing her own teaching, which, in turn, enhanced her confidence in teaching.
Second, the consultee's fourth graders were motivated enough to practice skills actively, to discuss game strategies on their own, and to become better problem solvers.
Third, the consultant had also improved her ability in designing, implementing, observing, and reflecting the lesson plans while preparing and implementing the mission of her consulting the fourth graders' tactical game activity.
