청소년의 문화성향과 분노조절능력, 공감 및 친사회적행동과의 관계

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study reviewed the relationship among sympathy, anger management, and prosocial behavior according to cultural disposition.
Given the family income level and gender, the study selected 599 second grade students in 4 high schools in Seoul and Gyeonggi province and conducted survey research.
The results of this study include the followings.
First, the study identified the difference in the sympathy level according to cultural disposition. As a result, the sympathy level had a negative relationship with self-centered disposition, whereas it had a positive relationship with group-oriented disposition.
Second, as a result of verifying the difference in anger management according to cultural disposition, anger management had a negative relationship with self-centered disposition, whereas it had a positive relationship with group-oriented disposition.
Third, as a result of looking at the difference in Prosocial behavior according to cultural disposition, Prosocial behavior had a negative relationship with self-centered disposition, whereas it had a positive relationship with group-oriented disposition.
Fourth, as a result of reviewing the relationship between cultural disposition, anger management ability, and sympathy level, the whole sympathy level was found to play the role of a medium between cultural disposition and anger management ability.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 문화성향에 따른 공감, 분노조절 및 친사회적 행동의 관계를 살펴보았다.
연구대상은 생활수준과 성별을 고려하여 선정한 서울 및 경기 지역 소재의 4개 고등학교 2학년생 599명을 대상으로 하여 설문조사를 실시하였다.
본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 문화성향에 따른 공감 수준의 차이를 알아보았다. 그 결과 공감 수준은 개인중심성향과 부적 상관을 보이나 집단중심성향과 정적 상관을 보인다.
둘째, 문화성향에 따른 분노조절의 차이를 검증한 결과 분노조절은 개인중심성향과 부적 상관을 보이나 집단중심성향과 정적 상관을 보인다.
셋째, 문화성향에 따른 친사회적 행동의 차이를 알아본 결과 친사회적 행동 경향은 개인중심성향과 부적상관을 보이나 집단중심성향과 정적상관을 보인다.
넷째, 문화성향 및 분노조절능력과 공감 수준의 관계를 살펴본 결과 문화성향과 분노조절능력의 관계에서 전체 공감 수준이 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.
