교육복지투자우선지역 지원사업의 학교와 지역사회간 네트워크 활성화 방안 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

교육복지투자우선지역 지원사업에서의 학교와 지역사회간 네트워크 실태를 바탕으로 네트워크 활성화 방안을 보색하기 위해 본 연구가 지역사회교육전문가 203명을 대상으로 조사·분석하고 고찰하여 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다.
교육복지투자우선지역 지원사업에서 학교와 지역사회간 네트워크는 공도사업 추진, 정보교환, 대상자 의뢰, 인적·물적 자원교환 순으로 추진되고 있고 네트워크 영향 요인으로는 지역사회교육전문가 개인 요인인 지역사회교육전문가의 네트워크 필요성에 대한 인식정도가 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 반면 지역사회환경 요인이 가장 적게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 네트워크와 네트워크 영향 요인 간에는 정적(+)인 상관관계를 보이고 있어 네트워크 영향요인에 잘 대처할수록 네트워크가 활발하다는 결과가 나타났다.
위와 같은 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 교육복지투자우선지역 지원사업에서 네트워크 활성화 방안을 제시하면 다음과 같다.
학교와 지역사회간 네트워크의 활발한 추진을 위해서 지역사회교육전문가는 네트워크의 중요성과 필요성을 인식하여 정체성을 확립함은 물론 네트워크에 필요한 지식과 기술을 습득하고 지역사회 자원을 파악하여 활용할 수 있는 전문 능력을 향상시켜야 하겠다.
학교 체계 내에서 학교장은 네트워크를 이해하고 인식할 뿐 아니라 지역사회교육전문가의 고유의 업무 자율성도 보장해야 하며 지역사회교육전문가는 교직원들의 사업에 대한 인식을 개선하고 협조를 이끌어낼 수 있도록 노력하여야겠다.
그리고 지역사회교육전문가는 지역사회의 사업에 대한 인식 제고를 위해 적극적으로 홍보하고 현 네트워크가 제한된 범위 내에서 이루어지고 있어 보다 다양한 지역사회기관과 연계할 필요가 있다.
본 연구의 조사대상자는 2007년 전국 총 60지역 중 30지역이 1년 미만의 신규지역으로 네트워크에 대한 조사 결과를 내기에는 좀 역부족인 면이 있어 향후 몇 년 후 이 사업이 안정된 시기에 연구를 하면 더 효과적이리라 생각된다.
끝으로 교육복지투자운선지역 지원사업은 가정과 학교, 지역사회의 교육공동체 구축이 중요하므로 네트워크 영향 요인으로 가정 요인에 대한 조사도 앞으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

These study is intended to find the network activation plans in the supportive project for the priority region of educational welfare Investment on the hasis of the school and community network realities.
The data were collected form 203 research and analyze and the results of this study are as follows.
The school and community network in the supporting project for the priority Region of educational welfare investment is promoted in order as joint enterprise, exchange of information, request of objects, exchange of human and material resources.
As for the factors of network influence, the personal factor of community education specialist is the rate of recognition about network necessity of community education specialist has much effect.
But the community environment factors have least effect. The statical interrelation is shown between the network to network influence factors. The result shows the net works are active as they cope well with the network influence factors.
On the basis of the result of the study the network activation plans in the supportive project for the priority Region of Educational welfare Investment are suggested as follows.
as for the active promotion of networks between schools and communities, community educational specialists should recognize the importance and necessity of network through the requirement of knowledge and skills necessary6 for the network as well as the establishment of the identity.
The professional ability to find and utilize the community resources should be promoted.
The School principals inside the school system should understand the network and should secure the independence of their work on the part of community educational specialists.
The principals should make effects to attract the cooperation and to improve the understanding of the works of faculty members.
Community educational specialists should conduct the aggressive publicity to reconsider the understanding of community business. As the network is operated within the limited range the linkage with various community organizations is necessary
In conclusion, family factors should be researched in the future as network influence factor.
It is important for the supportive project for the priority region of Educational investment to organize an educational association including family, school, and community.
