군악대의 효율적 지도방안에 관한 연구 : 사단급 군악대를 중심으로 = A study of efficient directing of Military Bands : Mainly for Military Bands in Division class units

국문 초록 (Abstract)

군악대 연주형태는 현악기를 포함한 교향악단과 달리 실내?외를 막론하고 여러 가지 형태로 연주가 가능하며 우리 인간생활에 희망과 활력을 주는 훌륭한 기악합주이다.
더욱이 과학의 발달과 더불어 발전되어 가는 악기제작과 연주기술은 더욱 정밀하여져서 고도의 음악까지도 표현할 수 있게 되었다.
군악대는 군 문화 속에서 정신적 안정과 정서적 발달을 위하여 다양한 연주를 통해 장병들의 사기를 진작시켜, 무형의 전력을 극대화 하며 전투력 향상에 기여하고 있다.
또한 문화의 사절로서 지역 사회 활동에도 적극 참여하여 건전하고 즐거운 음악으로써 국민생활에 활력을 주고 협동심을 높여 주는데 크게 이바지하고 있다.
이와 같이 중요시 되어야 할 군악대가 현행 입시위주의 교과과정 편성으로 인한 연주경험 대원 확보의 어려움, 예산문제, 복무기간 단축에 따른 양성기간의 부족, 전투 위주의 조직운영, 비효율적 교육체계 등으로 원활한 임무수행이 제한되는 현실이다.
연구 준비과정을 통하여 현 사단 급 군악대의 지도상의 문제점, 운영의 문제점 등을 파악하고 이를 바탕으로, 군악대의 실제적인 지도방안(기초 지도방법 및 합주 지도방법, 연주형태)과 부록으로 군악대의 운영방안(대원선발, 악기배정, 기본적 연습계획법, 시설 및 비품)을 연구하여 효율적인 지도방안을 제시하였으며, 이에 따른 결과를 정리하면,
첫째, 올바른 연주 기법을 익히되, 지속적인 연습이 이루어져야만 연주 실력을 향상시킬 수 있다는 것을 대원들에게 늘 주지시킨다.
둘째, 각 악기의 특성과 지도법을 충분히 숙지하여 지도함으로써 대원들에게 지도자에 대한 신뢰도를 높일 수 있어야 한다.
셋째, 대원을 희망하는 지원자의 적성과 성격, 신체적인 특성을 최대한 고려하여 선발 및 악기를 배정하여야 한다.
넷째, 연습실의 환경 또한 실력을 향상시키는 중요한 역할을 하므로 적절한 조건과 비치해야하는 교육 보조재료를 구비해야 한다.
그 외에도, 우리나라 군악대의 더욱 바람직한 육성을 위하여 유능한 교관의 양성, 적정한 악기구입 및 교체, 군악대 음악의 보급에 대한 문제를 간략하게 제언 하였다.
본 논문에 제시된 주제가 전반적인 지도법과 운영에 관한 내용이었지만 군악대원들에게 실제 도움이 되기 위해서는 관악 전문가들에 의하여 좀 더 세분화된 연구가 지속적으로 이루어져야 될 것으로 생각한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The basic performance of Military Bands differ from general symphony orchestras' which includes string music. Military bands perform music indoor and out with a diverse class of music that gives hope and vitality to human life.
Moreover, side by side with the development of science technology, expressing music is being more precise and allows us to play high class music as well.
In the purpose of psychological stability emotional progression of the military culture, performing diverse classes of music effects the soldiers' morality and extend combat support.
Military Bands also perform in civil activities which concludes to joyful civil life and magnifying cooperation of a specific organization.
Unfortunately the reality is that despite the importance of Military bands, it is challenging to gain musical professionals because of the educational flaw which focuses on the mane of one's university, financial issues, insufficiency of cultivation due to the shortening of the military duty and combat-based management of units.
To solve the current issues of directing and operating military bands, realistic measures(methods in directing, basic training, concert performing, figure of performance) and in supplement operational measures(recruits and instrument allocation) underwent research to be able to offer a more efficient method. The results are as followed.
First, members must perceive that continuous practice is necessary in order to elevate their performance.
Second, study the instruments' speciality to obtain dependence of the members.
Third, the applicant's characteristics, personality and physical conditions should be carefully considered for selection and allocation of instruments.
Fourth, the environment of the practice foom plays an imperative role in developing skills; therefore, adequate furnishing is required.
In addition, for the continuous development of our nations army band, training from competent instructors, reasonable instrument purchase and exchange, and simplified solutions to Army band provisions were proposed.
Although the topic of this research is based on directing Military Bands, literal improvement of the band members require fractional studies of professional wind musicians.
