The purpose of this study is to clarify an effect of an experience in ego-resiliency and the domestic violence by distinguishing bullying and victimization of group bullying at the time of elementary school that is very significant time for children growth and development.
First, it is known that the experience in offense and victimization of group bullying is at low level, offense and victimization of group bullying has high mark in a type of alienation and language rather than a physical type. As language and physical factor in group bullying offense has a difference according to gender, man students have more tendency to offense behavior of group bullying than woman students.
Second, the language and aggressive violence has higher mark than the physical violence in terms of the experienced violence, the aggressive and physical violence have higher mark than the language violence in terms of witnessed violence. man students have higher mark than woman students in the experienced violence such as the aggressive and physical violence excepting the language violence.
Third, the level of ego-resiliency of the targeted students was higher than the normal, the highest factor of average value is an interpersonal relationship in the subordinate factor of ego-resiliency, the average value of emotional control is lower than other factors. Woman students has higher mark in the interpersonal relationship and vitality than man students.
Fourth, if the mark of vitality is high and the mark of optimism is low, the mark of offense language is rather low. If there is an experience in the language violence, an act of offense language is done a lot. The children with high mark in the interpersonal relationship do less offense physical act, on the contrary, the children with the experience in language violence has high mark in the offense physical act.
Fifth, in the case of high mark in vitality and experience in language violence, a possibility of the experience in group bullying is high, on the contrary, the children with the experience in physical violence has low level of group bullying which is the type of alienation. The mark of vitality in language victimization factor is high and the language and aggressive violence at the process of growth is major factor of influence. In addition, if the interpersonal relationship is well done and the vitality is high, the children with high vitality and low curiosity have low level of suffering the physical victimization of group bullying.
Through above results of the study, a number of suggestions are made. it should be cautious to inflict the direct violence to offsprings and to let them expose to the indirect violence. As the language violence is a type of violence, it should be recognized that the children with the experience in language violence at the process of growth will be an offender and it should be strived to use the techniques of the positive communication.
Furthermore, under the recognition of increasing the danger that the offsprings with the experience in violence at home become offender and victim of group bullying, it should be educated that the violence is apparently undesirable act in any situation. As providing the education program for improving ego-resiliency and the children at school and home, the preventive approach should be in need to decrease offense and victimization of group bullying. In particular, the consultative approach should be conducted simultaneously to reinforce the personal psychological function so that the violence is not inherited to the children with the experience or witness in the domestic violence at the process of growth.
