부모로부터의 심리적 독립이 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향 : 사회적 기술의 매개효과 = Psychological Separation from Parents and College Life Adjustment : The Role of Social Skills

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 남녀 대학생이 부모로부터 어느 정도 심리적 독립을 하느냐에 따라 대학생활에 적응하는 정도가 다를 것이며, 둘 사이에는 사회적 기술이 매개역할을 하는지 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경남 소재 대학교에서 남녀학생 총 338명(남학생 131명, 여학생 207명)을 대상으로 부모로부터의 심리적 독립정도, 대학생활 적응, 사회적 기술을 측정하였다.
주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 여학생보다는 남학생들이 부모로부터 더 많이 심리적으로 독립적이었다. 또한 대학생들은 어머니로부터의 독립보다는 아버지로부터 독립적이었다. 둘째, 남학생들은 아버지로부터의 갈등적 독립이 클수록 대학생활 적응을 잘하는 것으로, 여학생들은 어머니로부터의 갈등적 독립이 크고, 태도적 독립이 작을수록 대학생활 적응을 잘하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 부모로부터의 심리적 독립과 대학생활 적응과의 관계에서 사회적 기술이 부분적으로 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로는 남학생의 경우 아버지로부터의 갈등적 독립이 높을수록 사회적 기술이 높으며, 그 결과 대학생활의 적응도가 높은 것으로 나타났고, 여학생들은 어머니로부터의 갈등적 독립이 크고 태도적 독립이 작을수록 사회적 기술이 높으며, 그 결과 대학생활의 적응도가 높게 나타났다.
결론적으로 부모로부터의 심리적 독립이 대학생들의 대학생활 적응에 영향을 주며, 둘 사이에는 대인관계에 중요한 역할을 하는 사회적 기술이 매개하고 있었다. 그러나 어떤 측면에서의 부모로부터의 독립이 적응에 영향을 주는지의 여부는 남녀로 약간 다르게 나타났다.

Also the college students from arbor was more separation the separation from the mother than. With the fact that it does well the recording university life adjustment where second, the school boys discord separation from arbor will be big, the schoolgirls discord separation from the mother will be big, it appeared with the fact that it does well the recording university life adjustment where the attitude separation will be small. Three, with the fact that the social skill meditates partially from relationship with psychological separation and university life adjustment from the parents. The recording social skill where the discord separation from case arbor of the school boy will be high concretely was high, it appeared with the fact that the adaptation degree of the resultant university life is high, the schoolgirls the discord separation from the mother to be big the recording social skill where the attitude separation will be small was high, the adaptation degree of that resultant university life appeared highly.
The psychological separation from the parents influenced to university life adjustment of the college students conclusively, to between two in personnel relationship the social skill major role was meditating. From what kind of side the separation vice-should have influenced to adaptation but with the parents, the yes or no some appeared different with the man and woman.
