Seligman의 행복결정요인의 기여도에 대한 믿음과 주관적 행복감의 관계

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 개인마다 가지고 있는 행복결정요인의 기여도에 대한 믿음과 주관적 행복감의 관계를 알아보고 행복결정요인의 기여도에 대한 믿음이 주관적 행복감에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 목적으로 실시하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 대구광역시에 거주하는 일반인 남녀 600명을 대상으로 조사하였다.
분석결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 행복결정요인의 기여도에 대한 믿음을 살펴보면, 자율성 요인의 기여도에 대한 믿음이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그 다음이 환경적 요인, 마지막으로 유전적 요인의 기여도에 대한 믿음이 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 사회인구학적 변인의 수준에 따른 행복결정요인의 기여도에 대한 믿음과 주관적 행복감의 차이를 살펴보면, 행복결정요인의 기여도에 대한 믿음은 종교생활 여부, 학력, 결혼생활 여부, 월평균 소득에 따른 차이는 없었으나 성별에서는 남자의 경우가 자율성 요인에 대한 믿음이 높았으며, 연령에 따라서는 50대 이상이 20대보다 유전적 요인에 대한 믿음이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 주관적 행복감은 성별, 연령, 직장생활의 여부에 따른 차이는 없었으나, 종교생활을 하는 경우, 학력이 높은 경우, 결혼생활 중인 경우, 월평균 소득이 높은 경우는 주관적 행복감이 그렇지 않은 경우보다 높은 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 행복결정요인의 기여도에 대한 믿음의 상하 수준에 따른 주관적 행복감의 차이를 살펴보면, 자율성 요인의 기여도에 대한 믿음을 ‘상’으로 응답한자일수록 주관적 행복감은 높은 것으로 나타났다. 반면 유전적 요인이나 환경적 요인에 대한 믿음을 ‘상’으로 응답한자일수록 주관적 행복감은 낮은 것으로 나타났다.
넷째, 행복결정요인의 기여도에 대한 믿음과 주관적 행복감의 관계를 살펴보면, 자율성 요인의 기여도에 대한 믿음과 주관적 행복감은 정적 상관이 나타났으며, 환경적 요인과 유전적 요인은 부적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 행복결정요인의 기여도에 대한 믿음이 주관적 행복감에 미치는 영향에서는 자율성, 환경적, 유전적 요인은 주관적 행복감을 16.3% 설명하는 것으로 나타났다.
이러한 결과를 종합하면 행복한 삶을 영위하고 지속하기 위해서는 자율성 요인을 개발시키고 활용하는 방법을 알아내는 것이 중요한 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The aim of this research is recognized which it investigates the relationship with the trust about the coherence of the happy determining factor that every individual has and the subjective euphoria, and executed to know the effect where goes to a subjective euphoria.
The research investigated normal 600 men and women who are living in Daegu area.
The analysis result is following.
The first, as it is observed the trust about the coherence of the happy determining factor, it appeared the fact that the trust coherent by the autonomous factor is the highest.
The next one is the environmental factor, and the last one is the genetic factor which is the lowest one the trust appeared with coherence.
The second, as it is studied the gap of the trust about the coherence of the happy determining factor and subjective euphoria according to the level of social census variable, there is no difference in religious life, educational background, whether or not a marriage life and the monthly average income of the trust about the coherence of the happy determining factor.
However, it is appeared that the autonomous factor is higher in the case of male than female in the gender issue and the genetic factor is higher in the 50's than in 20's in the age issue.
There is also no difference in the gender, age, whether or not the job experience of the subjective euphoria but in the case where it does a religion life, in the case where educational background is high, in the case of being in the marriage life and in the case where the monthly income is high, it appeared with the fact that the subjective euphoria is higher than the case where it is not like that.
The third, as it is studied the gap of the subjective euphoria according to the trust varied from upper and lower side about the coherence of the happy determining factor, some who answered the upper side in the coherence of the autonomous factor is appeared to be higher in their subjective euphoria.
On the other side, others who answered the upper side in the genetic factor and environmental factor is appeared to be lower in their subjective euphoria.
The forth, as it is studied the relationship of the subjective euphoria according to the trust about the coherence of the happy determining factor, it is appeared a statical relationship between them but it is appeared a supplemental relationship in the case of environmental and genetic factor.
However, as it is the effect on the subjective euphoria by the trust about the coherence of the happy determining factor, it is possible to explain the 16.3% subjective euphoria by the autonomous, environmental and genetic factor.
When it put together like this result, it is very important to figure out how to develop and utilize the autonomous factor in order to lead and keep your happy life
