The research contained in this thesis involves the study of five year old students at three different Kindergarten classes in Chung-ju. The Solomon Group Experiment Design, which includes two experimental groups and one limited group, was used for this research. The musical activities employed in this research consisted of singing activities one to two times per week. For the research objectives, the General Creativity Test for children developed by Kyoung-Won Jeon was used to measure the children's creativity and SPSS12.0 for the collected data.
The general results were as follows:
1. Integrated Musical Education program activities have a positive effect on children's creativity.
2. Integrated Musical Education made a significant impact on children's originality, especially when the children's own imagination and originality were encouraged.
The research carried out under the conditions stated above indicates with great certainty that the Integrated Musical Education program activities can be an effective alternative in the development of child creativity.
