고등학생에 대한 진로교육의 효과 = (The) Effect of career counseling for high school student

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 진로교육 관련 수업, ‘진로의 날’ 진로교육 전문가 초빙 특강, 본교를 졸업한 선배들과의 초청 대화 및 개인 진로프로파일을 제작, 활용하여 학생들이 급변하는 직업세계를 이해하고 자신의 인생을 설계하게 함으로써 자기 주도적으로 적성에 맞는 진로를 탐색하게 하고, 진로를 개척하는 능력을 길러주는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다.
첫째, 진로교육 관련 수업을 통하여 자신의 진로탐색 기회를 갖고 학생 스스로 자신의 소질과 적성 및 능력을 발견하고 계발하여 진로탐색능력을 신장시킨다.
둘째, ‘진로의 날’ 통하여 전문 직업인 초청 특강, 본교 졸업한 선배들과의 초청 대화 등을 통해 자신의 진로탐색능력을 함양하는 데 기여하게 한다.
셋째, 미래의 꿈 그리기 개인진로프로파일을 작성하여 자신의 인생 설계 진로교육을 통해 자신의 진로성숙능력을 향상시키고 진로개척능력을 길러주어 직업에 대한 건전한 가치관을 형성하고 행복한 미래를 준비하게 한다.
이와 같은 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 다음과 같은 연구 방법과 절차에 따라 본 연구를 진행하였다.
첫째, 본 연구에서 사용된 질문지는 기존의 연구를 참고로 하여 본 연구 목적에 적합하도록 수정․보완하여 작성하였다. 질문항목과 응답항목의 타당성을 최종적으로 확인하기 위하여 경기도 OO고등학교 1, 2학년을 대상으로 예비조사를 실시하였으며 이것을 토대로 질문지를 확정하였다.
둘째, 연구의 내용으로 학생에게 교과에 대한 흥미도, 진로탐색능력에 관한 실태 조사, 진로선택능력에 관한 실태 조사를 주요 내용 등에 대하여 조사하였다.
셋째, 진로탐색능력에 관한 실태조사를 통해 자신의 진로계획, 진로 및 직업에 관한 기초조사를 토대로 진로교육을 실시한 후 진로탐색능력의 신장에 미치는 영향을 연구하고자 하였다.
넷째, 회수된 질문지는 Coding 작업을 거친 후 SPSS 12.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 진로교육 실시 전과 진로교육 실시 후의 차이를 t-검증하였으며, 통계적 유의 수준은 0.1%, 1%, 5%로 하였다.
이러한 연구방법과 절차에 따라 연구한 결과 및 연구 결과의 분석을 통하여 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다.
첫째, 진로교육 수업 모형을 활용한 진로교육 수업을 실시하여 교과에서 진로교육의 필요성을 느끼며, 특히 학생들이 원하는 체험학습은 학생 중심 교수-학습으로 학생들이 수업의 주인이 되었다. 그런 결과 학생들은 수업에 적극적으로 참여하는 모습으로 변화되었다.
둘째, 표준화 검사를 통한 자기이해 및 ‘진로의 날’ 전문 직업인의 특강을 통해 자기 진로를 향한 목표 의식이 향상되었으며, 선배들과의 대화를 통해서는 학교생활 및 학교, 대학, 학과 선택 등 주로 현실적 당면 과제인 대학 진학을 위한 자기진로탐색이 구체화되고 다양화되어 자신의 미래 진로탐색에 대한 적극적인 태도가 길러지게 되었다.
셋째, 미래의 꿈 그리기 개인 진로프로파일 제작을 통한 활동 중심의 잠정적 인생설계 진로교육으로 보다 구체적인 직업 정보 및 학과 정보를 얻고 자신의 꿈을 확인하여 그와 연계한 진로 설정을 하게 되었다. 그 결과 자신의 진로 계획이 구체적으로 설정되어 미래 자기 적성과 흥미에 적합한 직업도 자연스럽게 찾게 되었다.

The career which asks students at its aptitude and genius in those who cultivate a career for broad culture on a foundation. So that the work itself may be considered by a valuable thing by choosing an occupation, self realization may be aimed at and search may become possible to various occupations . which needs to carry out positive career education
Especially in the serious speciality maladjustment in which students appear after going to a university, fate and a half phenomenon, a university graduate occupation world the revolution phenomenon in a college student by the absence of suitable career education . it is proved that many energies are wasted socially individually
The high school students and study parents of the present most for going to a university which requires a name a while longer In especially most of general charge high schools which have many limits in being hung by and carrying out career education within a school education career, much time is invested by initiative study of a subject center after school and a one etc. also after a subject lesson, and a suitable career design cannot be performed.
Therefore, it prepares itself that the capability that it can design the suitable coping ability for the society which changes suddenly, and raw must be cultivated, and confidence must carry out. Practice will do research which felt and looked at the necessity for the systematic career education for affirmative self concept formation with the attitude which goes to carry out.
By research of a book, it is a career educational related lesson here. Manufacture an invitation dialog and an individual career profile with the seniors who graduated from career educational specialist invitation and this school, and it utilizes. It searches for the career to which he hits aptitude leading because students understand the occupation world which changes suddenly and design their life. it is the purpose of the research which cultivating the capability to cultivate a career looked at.
