The purpose of the article was to acknowledge influence of Walt Disney’s works to us and identify the cause of the influence in view of analysis. A methodology of narration structure and scene composition were suggested to analyze the structure. To make the result clear, space formation method was limited to 2D animation. In light of content, Mulan, Beauty And The Beast and Pocahontas that belong to a similar genre were selected. The findings from the foregoing were as follows.
Firstly, presented diagram process helped to understand the process to make a norm of Walt Disney. In Mulan, it went with E) complication of the event, D) hero’s goal setting and reaction of emotion, C) commencement of the event, A) introduction of characters and places, B) aspects of the event, F) result and G) normative of the result. In Beauty And The Beast, it went with D) hero’s goal setting and reaction of emotion, C) commencement of the event, E) complication of the event, B) aspects of the event, A) introduction of characters and places, F) result, G) reaction to the result and Belle’s mental state falling in love with the beast when relationship is set out, and D) hero’s goal setting and normative of emotion. In Pocahontas, it went with B) aspects of the event, D) hero’s goal setting and reaction of emotion, E) complication of the event, A) introduction of characters and places, C) commencement of the event, F) result, and G) system of controlling forms to support narrative structure in a normative frame of the result. Making a typical genre with the common thing in the tree works can be found in the same respect. As they created mutual effect enough within a narrative structure and such a type of narrative structure formed a unique strategy, it was necessary to pay attention in view of ‘narrative structure strategy’ by way of diagrams.
