중학교 담임교사의 행복이 학급학생들의 행복과 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 중학교 담임교사의 행복이 학급학생들의 행복과 학교생활적응에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 알아보기 위한 것이었다. 이 연구를 위하여 대구지역에 소재하는 중학교 담임교사 30명과 그 학급의 학생 1087명을 대상으로 하였으며, 사용한 측정도구는 심리적 안녕감척도, 학교생활적응척도, 심리적 행복감척도이다. 수집된 자료의 분석은 SPSS 12.0 프로그램을 사용하여 중학교 담임교사의 행복이 학급학생들의 행복과 학교생활적응에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 알아보기 위해 Pearson의 상관관계분석 후 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다.
본 연구의 분석 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 담임교사의 행복이 학급학생의 행복에 미치는 영향에 있어서 행복의 설명력은 62.8%로 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타났으며, 긍정적 대인관계, 자아수용, 개인적 성장 순으로 영향을 미치고 있다.
둘째, 담임교사의 행복이 학급학생의 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향에 있어서 행복의 설명력은 59.6%로 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타났으며, 환경에 대한 통제능력, 삶의 목적, 개인적 성장 순으로 영향을 미치고 있었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the middle school teacher's happiness and the class students' happiness and school adjustment. This study targeted 30 class teachers at middle schools in Daegu and 1087 students in the classes of 30 teachers, the measuring tools used for this study were a Psychological Well-being scale(tescher), School Adjustment and Psychological Well-being scale(student). Multiple regression analysis was carried out as to the analysis of the collected data after calculating Pearson correlation coefficient to find out the effects of the middle school teacher's happiness on the class students' happiness and school adjustment.
The results of this study were as follows
First, for impact of class teacher's happiness on class student's happiness, the explanation ability of class teacher's happiness was 62.8%, which was statistically significant. The impact was shown as Positive relationship with others, Self-acceptance, Personal growth in order.
Second, for impact of class teacher's happiness on the class student's school adjustment, the explanation ability of class teacher's happiness was 59.6%, which was statistically significant. The impact was shown as Environmental mastery, Purpose in life, Personal growth in order.
