중학생의 신체적 자기효능감이 체육수업태도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

지역별 중학생들의 신체적 자기효능감이 체육수업태도와 어떠한 관계가 있는지 규명함으로서 체육수업에 보다 적극적으로 참여할 수 있으며 바람직한 학습 태도를 형성하는데 필요한 이론적 기초 자료를 제공하기 위한 것이다.
연구의 대상은 서울 양천구 소재 남자?여자중학교와 경북 안동시 소재 남자,여자중학교에 재학 중인 학생 1,200명을 대상으로 하였다.
자료처리과정은 SPSS for Window 12.0 한글판 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계 분석, 독립 t 검정과 ANOVA, 상관분석을 실시하였다. 이와 같은 방법과 절차에 따른 자료 분석을 통하여 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다.

첫째, 지역별 학년, 성별에 따른 신체적 자기 효능감은 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 서울지역은 인지된 신체능력(p<.001)과 신체적 자기표현 자신감(p<.001) 모두 학년별 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 그러나 경북지역은 인지된 신체능력(p<.01)은 유의미한 차이를 보였으나 신체적 자기표현 자신감은 학년별 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않았다.
성별에 따라서는 지역에 관계없이 남학생과 여학생간 유의미한 차이를 보였다(p<.001).

둘째, 지역별 학년, 성별에 따른 체육수업태도는 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 서울지역은 기본적 태도(p<.05), 체력적 태도(p<.01), 심리적 태도(p<.001), 사회적 태도(p<.001) 모두 학년별 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 그러나 경북지역은 체력적 태도(p<.05), 심리적 태도(p<.05), 사회적 태도(p<.001)만 학년별 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 성별에 따라서는 지역에 관계없이 남학생과 여학생간 유의미한 차이를 보였다(p<.01).

셋째, 지역별 중학생의 신체적 자기효능감과 체육수업태도는 정적인 상관관계가 나타났다.

이러한 결과를 종합해 볼 때, 중학생들의 신체적 자기효능감이 높으면 체육수업에 대한 긍정적인 태도를 나타내고 있으며, 고학년으로 올라갈수록 체육수업에 대한 태도는 증가하는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

By looking into how the physical of sense of achievement influence on the class attitude of athletics, they can eagerly participate the class and be given the basic theoretical information that is needed to better attitudes.
The subjects of the study are male and female 1200 middle school students who live around Seoul Yang-Chun-Gu and Gyong-Buk Ann-Dong-Si.
For the data processing, descriptive statistics analysis, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA and correlation analysis were conducted using SPSS 12.0 Window program. The study results drawn according to the procedures above are presented as follow.
First, the physical sense of achievement is significant by a regional grade and sex. In Seoul, perceived physical ability(p<.001) and physical self-presentation confidence (p<.001) are significant by a grade. However, perceived physical ability(p<.001) is significant by them but physical self-presentation confidence is not significant in Gyong-Buk. Male differ from female in this point regardless of a region(p<.001).

Second, the attitude is significant by a grade and sex following each region. In Seoul, basic attitude(p<.05), physical attitude(p<.01), psychological attitude(p<.001) and social attitude (p<.001) are significant by a grade. However, only physical attitude(p<.05), psychological attitude(p<.05) and social attitude(p<.001) are significant in Gyong-Buk. Male differ from female in this point regardless of a region(p<.01).

Third, there is correlation between physical sense of achievement and attitude of middle school students.

Thinking collectively in this point, when students'' sense of achievement is high an attitude is also positive and when their grade goes up it also goes up.
