And there were differences in the working character, Satisfaction of nursing(F=7.02, p=.001), satisfaction of work(F=3.38, p=.036), satisfaction of personal relations(F=2.56, p=.039) and expect nursing(F=4.76, p=.009).
3. The average coping was 2.55±.23 points(highest score:4). It was shown that a problem focusing coping was the highest(2.87±.33 points) then came positive interest(2.71±.45 points) in these orders.
4. There was significant difference statistically between monthly income and a problem focusing coping(F=2.79, p=.041). And there was also difference statistically between marital status and a search of social support coping(t=4.36, p=.038).
