라이프스타일 기반 고령친화 유비쿼터스 홈 계획요소 연구

In this study, I will look into old people’s life styles and behavior patterns by way of analyzing pre-old people’s life styles, and grasp standard of demands about Ubiquitous Home System.This study was used literatures and surveys as the research methods. In literatures, they were considered thesis, web sites, and independent volumes concerned. By using them, I inquire into old people’s characteristics and the concept of their life styles, and Ubiquitous Home. Also, I visited on the pavilion of Ubiquitous Home, and I grasped the state of development of Ubiquitous Home. I made questionnaires using the means of survey acquired through these study of literatures, and discriminate old people’s life styles analyzed. I grasped the standard of demands of Ubiquitous Home Plan Elements, and analyzed their relationships.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

현재 우리사회에서 메가트랜드(Mega Trend)로 대두되고 있는 현상으로 ‘인구의 고령화 현상’과 ‘디지털 기술의 발달’을 각각 꼽을 수 있다. 의료기술의 발달과 함께 삶의 질이 높아지면서 건강에 대한 관심이 증가하여 평균수명이 계속적으로 늘어나는 반면 여성의 사회진출 등으로 인한 저출산 현상의 증가로 인구가 점점 고령화 되어 가고 있으며, IT기술의 발전으로 인해 삶이 편리해지고 우리 생활 곳곳에서 디지털 기술을 경험할 수 있게 되었다. 이러한 현상들은 우리의 삶의 모습을 과거와는 다른 모습으로 변화시키고 있다.이에 우리사회에서 그 비중이 점점 증가하고 있는 노인들의 라이프스타일을 파악하고, 노인들의 삶의 질을 높일 수 있도록 노인의 생활패턴에 적합한 유비쿼터스 홈 계획에 대한 연구가 필요하다고 생각한다.본 연구는 예비 노인층의 라이프스타일을 분석하고 이에 따른 유비쿼터스홈 계획요소를 파악하여 노인의 라이프스타일 유형에 따른 유비쿼터스 홈 계획요소에 대해 연구하고자 하였다. 이는 다가오는 고령사회에 대비하여, 노인들의 다양한 라이프스타일에 따른 니즈를 파악하여 노후의 삶의 질을 높일 수 있는 유비쿼터스 홈을 계획하는데 기본 자료를 제시하는 것에 의의가 있다.
