現代生活工藝 文化産業의 發展方案에 관한 硏究

국문 초록 (Abstract)

현대생활공예의 발전방안을 연구하기 위해선 먼저 현대생활공예에 대한 새로운 개념의 정립과 함께 기존의 인식과 가치판단이 적절한가를 살펴보아야 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 공예문화산업에 대한 기존의 인식과 정책이 과연 적절한 것인가에 대해서 올바른 해답을 찾아보고, 이를 토대로 미래 한국 공예가 지향해야 할 목표와 가치를 연구해 보고자 한다.그러기 위해선 먼저 각 공예 분야별 특성과 그것을 실현하고 있는 정책들에 대한 개별적인 평가가 따라야 한다. 이는 각각의 공예가치에 대한 인식이 명확하고 또 그것이 정책적으로 잘 구현되어 있는가에 대한 판단일 것이다.그런데 그보다 더욱 중요한 것은 기존에 제시된 공예인식과 정책들이 과연 현대 한국공예가 추구하고 실현시켜야 할 가치들을 충분히 수렴하고 있으며, 또 정책적으로 적절하게 배분되어 있는가 하는 것이다. 또한 향후 공예정책은 개별정책에 대한 평가를 바탕으로 하면서도 기존의 정책이 누락시켰거나 수렴하지 못하는 가치들을 조명하고, 기존 정책의 틈을 메워가면서 재구성되어야 할 것이다.따라서 본 연구는 먼저 현대생활공예의 실태에 대하여 자세히 살펴보고, 생활공예가 지니는 사회적, 문화적, 교육적 영역이 사회전반에 어떤 영향을 미치고 있으며, 또한 그 바람직한 발전방안을 마련하기 위해 해결해야 할 문제와 정책 및 제도적 장치는 무엇인지 모색해 보기로 한다.아울러 한국공예문화산업의 현황과 특성을 통하여 현대생활공예가 공예문화산업발전에 어떠한 영향을 가져다 줄 수 있으며, 그 방법은 무엇이고, 이를 실현하기 위해 직면하고 있는 문제점과 그 대책들은 어떻게 수립해야 되는지를 구체적으로 연구하기 위해 전국 각 공방(체험교실)위주로 공예현장에 대한 설문조사를 통하여 바람직한 발전 방안을 찾고자 노력하였다. 또한 공예문화산업의 일반적 가치와 중요성도 인식하고, 올바른 공예문화산업의 진흥방안을 마련하는 데에도 연구의 목적을 두었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In order to study for developments of the contemporary life-craft culture, new concepts of contemporary life-craft must be standardized, at the same time we also need to know if the former concepts and evaluations are appropriate. To serve the purpose above, this study will reveal if the concepts and current policies are appropriate, and this will also study objectives and values that Korean craft art should pursue for the future. In order to do so, the policies for the characteristics for each craft art must be evaluated individually. The evaluation will reveal if the value of craft art is relevantly appreciated and if the policies are relevantly supportive. However, it is doubtful that the previously proposed policies are containing values that Korean craft art should pursue and that they are distributed appropriately. Also, the new policies should be based on the individual evaluations and should high-light the values which have been ignored and it should also be re-designed by strengthening the existing weakness of the current policies.Thus, this study will scrutinize for reality of contemporary life-craft, impact that the craft art has on the society, culture, education, and policies to solve to develop.Also, in order to study for influences that contemporary life-craft can make on development of craft culture industry through reality and characteristics of Korean craft culture industry in which ways, and for ways to solve the problems that we are facing, surveys were asked for each individual life -craft academies to realize conditions for craft educations. The purpose of this study is also focused on appreciating the importance and value of craft culture industry and to propose ways to develop craft culture industry.
