태권도 지도자의 변혁적·거래적 리더십과 집단응집력 및 지도만족에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 태권도 지도자의 변혁적·거래적 리더십과 집단응집력 및 지도만족의 관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 그 목적을 달성하기 위하여 이 연구에서는 2007년 현재 대전광역시, 충남, 충북에 소재하고 있는 고등학교 태권도 선수 남·여를 모집단으로 설정한 다음 집락무선표집법(Cluster random sampling method)을 이용하여 표본을 250명의 추출하였다. 이에 최종적으로 얻어진 250명의 표본 가운데 응답자의 내용이 부실하거나 자료로서 가치가 없다고 판단되는 27명의 표본은 분석대상에서 제외하였고, 최종적으로 분석에 사용된 것은 총 223명이다. 조사도구는 자기평가기입법에 기초한 구조화된 설문지를 작성하여 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 연구목적에 따라 빈도분석, 다중회귀분석을 통해 분석하였으며, 각 가설은 α=.05수준에서 검증되었다.
이상과 같은 연구방법 및 절차를 통하여, 이 연구에서는 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다.
첫째, 태권도 지도자의 변혁적·거래적 리더십은 집단응집력에 부분적으로 영향을 미치고 있다. 즉, 지적 자극은 집단통합-과제에 영향을 미치고 있고, 카리스마(+), 예외적 관리(-)은 집단통합-사회, 개인매력-과제, 개인매력-사회에 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 태권도 지도자의 변혁적·거래적 리더십은 지도만족에 부분적으로 영향을 미치고 있다. 즉, 개별적 배려는 기력 향상에 영향을 미치고 있고, 카리스마는 운동만족에 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 집단응집력은 지도만족에 부분적으로 영향을 미치고 있다. 즉, 집단통합-과제는 경기력 향상 및 운동만족에 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of the study was to examine the relationship between leaders' transformational·transactional leadership and coaching satisfaction. For the purpose of this study, 600 subjects who were high school Taekwondo players located in Taejon Metropolitan City, Cheungnam as of 2007 were selected by using cluster random sampling method and among them except unsincere or poor 27 answers, 223 were used for the final data analysis. To collect the necessary date for research, questionnaires of self administration method based on previous research were employed. Statistic techniques used for data analysis were Frequency analysis, multiple regression analysis. Each hypothesis was verified at α= 05.
Results are as follows.
First, Taekwondo leaders' transformational·transactional leadership partially had a positive effect on group cohesion. That is to say, intellectual stimulation was significantly related with group integration- task, charisma and exceptional management was significantly related with group integration-society, personal attraction-task and personal attraction-society
Second, Taekwondo leaders' transformational·transactional leadership partially had a positive effect on coaching satisfaction. That is to say, personal consideration was positively related with sports performance improvement, and charisma was found significantly related with sports satisfaction.
Third, group cohesion partially had a significant effect on coaching satisfaction. That is, group integration-task was found closely related with sports performance improvement as well as sports satisfaction.
