중등학교 골프지도자의 리더십유형이 리더십효과성에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구의 목적은 중등학교 골프지도자의 리더십유형이 리더십효과성에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 있다. 연구대상은 전국의 중·고등학교에 재학 중인 골프선수이며, 최종분석에는 357명이 사용되었다. 연구의 목적을 달성하고자 질문지를 이용하였으며, 타당성과 신뢰성을 확보한 후 조사하였다. 자료처리방법은 t-test, one-way ANOVA, 상관관계분석 그리고 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 각 가설검증을 위한 유의수준은 α=.05 에서 실시하였으며, 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다.
첫째, 골프지도자의 변혁적 리더십의 하위요소인 카리스마행동, 비전제시행동, 지적자극행동은 선수들의 운동몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다.
둘째, 골프지도자의 거래적 리더십의 하위요소인 상황적보상행동은 선수들의 운동몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다.
셋째, 골프지도자의 변혁적 리더십의 하위요소인 카리스마행동, 비전제시행동, 지적자극행동은 선수들의 리더만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다.
넷째, 골프지도자의 거래적 리더십의 하위요소인 상황적보상행동은 선수들의 리더만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다.
다섯째, 골프지도자의 변혁적 리더십의 하위요소인 비전제시행동은 선수들의 운동만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다.
여섯째, 골프지도자의 거래적 리더십의 하위요소인 상황적보상행동과 예외관리행동은 운동만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다.
종합하면, 골프지도자의 변혁적 리더십과 거래적 리더십은 중등학교 골프선수들의 리더십효과성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 이 두 리더십을 상호보완적으로 활용할 때 리더십효과성은 증대될 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to examine influence on leadership effectiveness in leadership style of junior high and high School golf instructor. The purpose of this study were golf players currently enrolled in junior high and high schools, and 357 golf players were used in the final analysis.
A survey was conducted using organized questionnaires based on validity and reliability. statistical method used T-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis. Also, those methods were performed with the significance level a=0.05. Accordingly the results were as the follows.
First, The transformation leadership's subordinate factors; charisma, vision presentation, and intellectual stimulation behavior from a golf coach had positive influence on exercise immersion of golf players .
Second, The leadership's subordinate factor; contingent reward of a golf coach had a positive influence on exercise immersion of golf players.
Third, The transformation leadership's subordinate factors; charisma, vision presentation, and intellectual stimulation behavior of a golf coach had a positive influence on leader satisfaction of golf players.
Fourth, The transaction leadership's subordinate factor; contingent reward of a golf coach had a positive influence on leader satisfaction of golf players.
Fifth, The transformation leadership's subordinate factor; vision presentation behavior of a golf coach had a positively influence on exercise satisfaction of golf players.
Sixth, The transaction leadership's subordinate factors; contingent reward behavior and exceptional management behavior of golf coach had a positive influence on exercise satisfaction.
Therefore, transformation and transaction leadership of a golf coach had influence on leadership effectiveness of junior high and high school golf players.
When these two leadership characteristics are co-related, leadership effectiveness will be increased.
