창의성 구성요소에 따른 미술지도 방안 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

오늘날과 같이 급격한 사회 변화에 모든 현상이 지식위주의 수업만으로 해결할 수 없는 것들이 많아졌으며 지식에 기반을 둔 인간의 창의력에 의해서 해결될 수 있는 문제가 날로 증가하고 있다. 그리하여 교육은 지성과 감성이 조화를 이루고 새로운 것을 창의적으로 발견하고 해결하며 창작할 수 있는 창의성 증진을 위한 인간을 육성하는데 기반을 두고 있어야 할 것이다.
교육자들은 학생들이 학교교육을 통하여 최대한의 성취를 얻을 수 있도록 하기 위하여 그들을 동기화시켜서 적극적이고 생산적으로 학습활동에 참여하도록 학습맥락을 제공해 주어야 한다. 성취동기는 그것에 관한 이론으로 동기유발적인 요소들을 파악하여 학교 내, 외의 학습은 물론 전 생애에 걸쳐 학습에 가치를 부여한다. 그만큼 성취동기는 자율적이고 자신감 있는 학습자를 개발하는데 있어 아주 중요한 요소라고 할 수 있다.
미술표현을 통해 창의적이고 개성적인 표현 능력을 향상시키기 위해서는 바람직한 동기부여를 하여 자율적 참여와 주도적인 학습을 유도하여야 한다. 또한 나타내고자 하는 욕구를 북돋워 주고, 창의력 신장에 도움이 되도록 하는 것이 교사의 역할인 동시에 과제라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구자는 창의력 신장을 위해 어떻게 미술지도를 할 것인가를 중점적으로 생각하였다. 미술시간에 어려움을 느끼고 자신감을 잃게 되는 아이들에게 다양하고 창의적인 표현활동을 경험할 수 있도록 길포드가 분석한 창의성 구성요소 즉, 유창성, 융통성, 독창성, 조직성, 정교성, 개방성, 감수성의 일곱가지 미술지도 방안을 제시하였다. 그 중에서 감수성 향상을 위해 초등학교 저학년을 대상으로 수업을 시연하고 연구하고자 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Nowadays, due to development of high technology and culture, social structure is highly diversified. From the complicated society, humankind is having more abundant life than ever before. However, humankind is facing decline in emotional part by reason of mammonism. Therefore, it is important to recover the lost of humanism and create new culture. Emphasizing creativity education and improving ability that can solve problems by oneself are also important thing.
It is not too much to say that creativity education is important. By improving perception and emotion in balance and expressing the emotion that comes from life, creativity education makes aesthetic human and pure emotion. Therefore, art instructor have to suggest new and various data, and should encourage students the will of creativity of art. Also, the instructor should make students feel self-confident and happiness from realizing oneself and challenge the adventure.
Instructor should understand the developmental stage of students and research to make properer art class. This could be done by knowing characteristics and inclination of students and suggesting methods in each level. In this case, this could lead to active participation in classroom, therefore can develop more confidential students.
Problems in art education is that there are not enough data to search the concrete instruction method. Therefore, most of instructors are teaching students just relying on the text book and without enough data for class.
This research is focused on art guiding method that emphasizes the importance of instructor's role and enhances creativity in order to loosen these problems.
First of all, this research finds out about concept of creativity, necessity of art education and components of creativity. Moreover, this research is about needs, applying media and environmental components that are required for development of creativity while searching out about motivation and expression methods.
Based on these theory, this research suggests art guiding methods applying creative components: creative components that Guilford analyzed are fluency, flexibility, creativity, systemicity, sophistication, openness and sensibility. To develope sensibility part, this research applyed it into actual classroom planning teaching and learning guide line. Consequently, students could gain interest in class and could participate in the class actively by using various motivating data. Moreover, suggesting data could enhance students' confidence and will in expressing.
Therefore, art is active-centered than language-centered and focuses on emotion part more than directive part. It is important to motivate students to express their thoughts and feelings and should realize that by how instructor teaches, students make huge difference in emotional and human aspects.
To have these effects, art instructor must be qualified. Instructor must be qualified not only in practical art and theoric art, but also in humanism and should have positive attitude. Therefore, instructor can educate students in a right way.
It is true that art is treated as a less important subject than Korean, English, Math and so on when it comes to upper grades. However, art is inevitable area of human's life. Art should be considered as a important subject in the reason of its needs in creativity relatively than other subjects. Therefore, instructors should have pride in this area and should have constant research and effort in order to enhance creativity of students.
