무용전공생의 진로장벽과 진로포부가 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향 = Influence of barrier to course of life and ambition on decision level of life course of dance major students

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 무용전공대학생을 대상으로 진로장벽과 진로포부가 진로결정수준에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 조사함으로서 무용전공생들이 진로를 선택하고 결정함에 있어서 직면하게 되는 다양한 심리적, 사회적, 환경적 문제들을 보다 체계적이고 객관적으로 분석하는데 도움을 주고자하는데 목적이 있다.
조사 대상은 충남지역, 대전지역, 강원지역의 대학교 무용전공자들이고, 표집은 유층집락무선 표집법(Straified cluster random sampling)을 이용하여 300명을 표집 대상으로 하였다. 회수된 설문 가운데 응답성이 불성실하거나 조사내용의 일부가 누락된 9명의 자료를 제외한 총291(97%)명의 설문지를 유효 표본으로 하였다.
변인들에 대한 상관관계에서는 진로포부와 진로결정수준, 진로장벽과 진로결정수준에서 유의미한 결과가 나왔으며 대부분의 요인들은 신뢰할 수 있는 수준으로 나타났다.
이와 같은 연구방법을 통해 얻어진 자료를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 무용전공생의 무용전공별 진로장벽, 진로포부, 진로결정수준에는 어떤 차이가 있는가?
한국무용과 발레보다 사회무용이 높게 나타났으며 진로포부 차이에서는 한국무용이 사회무용보다 높게 나타났고 진로결정수준차이에서는 전공별 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다.
둘째, 무용전공생의 학년별 진로장벽, 진로포부, 진로결정수준에는 어떤 차이가 있는가?
집단간의 차이가 나타나지 않았으며 진로포부차이를 보면 1,4학년이 3학년보다 높게 나타났고, 진로결정수준에서는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다.
셋째, 무용전공생의 진로장벽이 진로결정수준에 어떤 영향을 미치는가?
회의적 수준에 미치는 영향에 대해 보면 무계획장벽이 0.1%로 가장 높게 나타났으며 경제적 장벽이 1%, 주위 지원장벽이 5% 순으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 부정적 수준에 미치는 영향에 대해 보면 진로시 무계획 장벽과 여성편견이 0.1%로 가장 높게 나타났으며, 직장 부정적 장벽이 1%, 주위 지원 장벽이 5% 순으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 도움필요수준에 미치는 영향에 대해 보면 경제적 장벽만이 5%수준에서 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결정된 수준에 미치는 영향에 대해 보면 진로시 무계획 장벽만이 5%수준에서 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
넷째, 무용전공생의 진로포부가 진로결정수준에 어떤 영향을 미치는가?
회의적 수준에 미치는 영향에 대해 보면 무노력 포부가 0.1%로 가장 높게 나타났으며, 리더 포부가 5%수준에서 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 부정적 수준에 미치는 영향에 대해 보면 무노력 포부만이 0.1%수준에서 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 도움필요수준과 결정된 수준에 미치는 영향에 대해 보면 모두 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.
이와 같은 결과를 종합해 볼 때 전공별로는 진로장벽과 진로포부에 영향을 미치는 것으로 보이고, 학년별로는 진로포부에만 영향을 미치는 것으로 보인다. 진로장벽과 진로포부와 진로결정수준과의 상관관계를 살펴보면 진로장벽이 진로포부보다 더 많은 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 진로결정수준의 요인별 회귀분석에서도 진로장벽이 진로포부보다 더 많은 요인에서 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 진로장벽과 진로포부가 진로결정수준에 미치는 가장 큰 요인으로는 무계획장벽과 무노력포부이므로, 무용전공대학생들에게 계획적인 진로준비가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Purpose of this study was to identify influence of barrier to course of life and ambition on decision level of life course and to provide the result to dance major students to help analysing mental, sociological and environmental problems which could be faced with course of life.
By using Straified cluster random sampling, 300 university students who major the dance were sampled as subjects through Choonnam, Daejeon and Gangwon area. Questionnaire data were obtained from all subjects by self-administration method, and 291(90.18%) out of 300 cases were used as valid samples.
Relationship among the variables presented difference in between ambition and decision level of life course and barrier to course of life. Most of variable presented reliable level.
Results of the analysis could be summarized as the following.
First, What are difference among the barrier to course of life, ambition and decision level of life course between the major of the sample? In general, Social dance compare to korea dance and Ballet presented high scale. Difference of ambition presented high scale in korea dance major. Difference of decision level of life course presented no difference among the major.
Secondly, What are difference among the barrier to course of life ambition and decision level of life course between the grade of the sample? No difference was presented between the sample group. In the case of ambition, 1st and 4th grade students presented high scale compare to 3rd grade student. No difference was presented in decision level of life course.
Third, How did barrier to course of life influence to decision level of life course. Influence of skeptical level presented difference that no plan barrier was 0.1%, economic barrier was 1%, circumstance barrier was 5%. Negative level presented difference that no plan barrier and sexual discrimination were 0.1%, negative barrier of workplace was 1%, circumstance barrier were 5%. In the case of helping need level, difference presented that economic barrier was 5% and only factor. Influence to decided level presented difference only in no plan barrier at 5% level.
Fourth, How did ambition influence to decision level of life course? Influence of skeptical level presented that no effort ambition was 0.1% and lead ambition was 5%. Negative level presented difference that no effort ambition was only and 0.1%. In the case of helping need level and decided level presented no difference.
Based on the result, Major influences to barrier to course of life and ambition and grade only influences to ambition. Barrier to course of life presented high relationship with decision level of life course than ambition. Most impactive factors between Barrier to course of life and decision level of life course was no plan barrier and no effort ambition. So Dance major students were required systematic plan to course of life.
