Site-map should be expressed in hierarchical structure for easy understanding on overall contents and structures and help should be provided on both situational help that supports users to solve problems while in use by themselves and functional help that explains features and functions of the web site.
The evaluation criteria presented through the evaluation on national and international web sites including Edunet the first domestic public education information web service will be a useful tool in selecting education information and will help in evaluating the quality of web sites for library service.
Subsequent studies require studies on additional development of specific detailed evaluation elements, optimal selection of evaluation fields and re-setting of weighted value on evaluation that reflects current trends and reliability.
