• The aim of this study is to help the student have sound career maturity by examining how ego-resilience and perceived social support of high school students are related to career maturity.
• Target students of this study were total 646 students, all 12th grades from 6 high schools in Gyeonggi-do which are randomly picked, and the data were gathered by the questionnaire method.
• The results of this study are as follows:
• First, the result of this study showed that students who are with higher ego-resilience have higher level of perceived social support and career maturity.
• Second, considering the relationship of career maturity and perceived social support, perceived social support increases career maturity.
• Last, one of the most significant factors that can predict one''s status of career maturity is personal protective factor of ego-resilience and type of perceived social support.
