UCC가 청소년에게 미치는 영향분석 및 개선방안

10~30 generation use the UCC mostly and the UCC is one of the important parts in new youth culture. But the juvenile crimes related to UCC goes on increasing. However, there is no law to regulate UCC now. More than 80% of UCC are illegal duplicate and only 16% of them are made by real users. From now on, it will cause serious arguments over copyright. Today the research related to UCC is made in the marketing of company. There is almost no research related to UCC the youth. Therefore, I analysised how the use of UCC affect the life of youth through the survey and the hypothesis testing on the paper. I surveyed the condition of UCC's use, objective, the level of production, the desire of self-expression and bad effects. The study Showed that the boy was higher than the girl in interest degree, 40% of total users used them to relieve stress. 45.1% of users had desire to show their good image, which affected the desire to express self. 57% of users had wrong conception of illegal duplicate. It is necessary to educate the copyright of UCC and illegal duplicate in information & communication moral education as an improvement program for the good UCC culture of the youth. We can use the UCC at school and will support the youth's effort to control self through the monitoring of illegal and harmful UCC and the organization of laws & systems related to UCC. Consequently, we will achieve the development of UCC on-line education contents related to educational aspect and the study to test the efficiency in future
