The purpose of this study was to analysis of the attitude type early childhood education teacher on inclusive program for young children with disabilities. The Q-methodology was used as a research method. This method is useful for analyzing subjectivity like as human value, attitude, belief and image.
The 38 unite of the Q-population was used. The Q-population was derived from previous research, in-depth interview with early childhood education teachers, mothers and without disabled children, university students majoring special education and from opening guestion with regular teacher and university students.
P-sample as subjects of this study was collected from 34 early childhood education teachers in Busan and Kyoungnam province.
A data was analyzed using QUANL pc program. As a result of research, the attitude of early childhood education teacher on inclusive program for young children with disabilities was classified as 3 type.
The 1 type was labeled the social·systemetic approach type. The 1 type teachers emphasizing the importance of social·systemetic support for inclusion of children with disabilities.
The 2 type was labeled the individual·personal approach type. The 2 type teachers emphasizing the increasing of ability teacher cope with children with disabilities and teacher's mental attitude. For inclusion of going children with disabilities.
The 3 type was labeled the skeptic·protract approach type. The 3 type teachers thought inclusion is good but that is not positive especially. So they emphasizing they have to think carefully about inclusion of young children with disabilities.
According to the result I suggest some issues for next research.
First, it is need to study including more and diverse teachers.
Second, it is need to consider severity of children with disabilities because the attitude of teachers could be depends on it.
