중학교 체육 수업에 대한 학생들의 재미요인에 따른 수업 만족도 분석

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 중학교 체육수업에 대한 재미요인이 수업에 대한 만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 조사, 분석하여 미래의 체육 수업 방향 및 개선 방안을 연구하여 학교 체육 발전에 이바지 하는데 이 연구의 목적이 있다.
본 연구의 대상은 공립 225명, 사립 225명으로 총 450명을 표집 하였다. 그리고 회수된 설문지 가운데 응답이 불성실하거나 기입이 누락된 설문지 14부를 제외한 436(96.8%)부를 표본으로 선정하여 조사하였다.
중학교 체육수업에서 재미요인에 따른 만족도가 수업 만족도에 미치는 영향을 조사한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.
1. 일반적인 특성에 따른 재미요인 차이 분석
첫째, 학교구분에 따른 재미요인 차이 분석에서는 공립이 사립보다 교사의 매력에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다.
둘째, 성별에 따른 재미요인 차이 분석에서는 남학생이 여학생보다 체육의 자유로움, 교사의 매력, 향상성 경험에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다.
셋째, 스포츠 활동참여 따른 재미요인 차이 분석에서는 방과 후 스포츠 활동에 참여하는 학생들이 체육의 자유로움, 유능성 경험 그리고 향상성 경험에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다.
넷째, 체육점수에 따른 재미요인 차이 분석에서는 체육점수가 좋은 상위권인 학생일수록 체육의 자유로움, 교사의 매력 그리고 향상성 경험에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다.
2. 재미요인에 따른 수업 만족도에 미치는 영향
첫째, 체육의 자유로움, 유능성 경험 그리고 향상성 경험이 수업 운영에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다.
둘째, 체육의 자유로움과 향상성 경험이 수업 지도에서 유의한 영향을 미쳤다.
셋째, 수업환경에서는 재미요인의 어떠한 면에서도 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였다.
넷째, 건강생활에서는 재미요인 모든 부분에서 유의한 영향을 미쳤다.
이상의 결론을 종합해 볼 때, 중학교 체육수업에서 재미요인 요소 중 교사의 매력, 유능성 경험뿐만 아니라 체육의 자유로움과 향상성 경험이 체육 수업 만족도에 많은 영향을 미쳤으므로 이를 통해 현 체육수업에 있어 새로운 수업 방식의 도입과 체육과목에 대한 인식변화 그리고 무엇보다도 체육 교사의 노력이 우선적으로 필요함을 알 수 있을 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to contribute for development of school athletic an enjoyment has an effect on satisfaction in middle school physical education class in future.
As for the research subjects, collected 436 totally(96.8%).
The following results were drawn out effect of the class satisfaction according to enjoyment.
1. An Analysis of Enjoyment difference according to general character
First, a public school showed better than private school about teacher attraction in school item.
Secondly, male students showed better than female students about freedom of sport, teacher attraction and improvement experience in sex item.
Thirdly, participant students showed better than nonparticipant students about freedom of sport, ability experience and improvement experience in sport participant item.
Fourthly, students of a high grade showed better than students of a low grade about freedom of sport, teacher attraction and improvement experience in the grade of physical education item.
2. Effect of the class Satisfaction According to Enjoyment
First, freedom of sport, ability experience and improvement experience has an effect on study management.
Secondly, freedom of sport and improvement experience has an effect on study guidance.
Thirdly, freedom of sport, ability experience and improvement experience has an effect on study environment.
Fourthly, freedom of sport, ability experience, teacher attraction and improvement experience has an effect on healthy life.
From the conclusive analysis from aforementioned results, teacher attraction, improvement experience as well as freedom of sport, improvement experience has an effect on satisfaction in enjoyment in middle school physical education. therefore gym teacher is necessary his(her) effort what it is new style of class and change of recognition about physical education.
