반편견 그림 동화를 활용한 이야기 나누기 활동이 유아의 성역할 개념에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 반편견 그림 동화를 활용한 이야기 나누기 활동이 유아의 성역할 개념 즉, 성역할 고정관념, 성역할 인식, 성역할 선호도에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 데 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 대구광역시에 위치한 N어린이집의 4세 유아 41명을 대상으로 하였다. 반편견 그림 동화를 활용한 이야기 나누기 활동의 효과를 측정하기 위해 성역할 개념 검사를 사전과 사후검사에서 각각 실시하였으며, 자료 분석은 평균과 표준편차, 반복측정 공분산분석, 공분산분석을 실시하였다.
분석결과는 다음과 같다. 반편견 그림 동화를 활용한 이야기 나누기 활동이 유아의 성역할 개념인 성역할 고정관념의 완화와 성역할 인식, 성역할 선호도의 감소에 효과가 있었다. 이러한 연구결과는 반편견 그림 동화를 활용한 이야기 나누기 활동이 유아의 성역할 개념을 완화시키는데 효과적인 활동이며, 유아들도 교육을 통해 성역할 개념을 완화시킬 수 있음을 밝혀주는 것이다. 따라서, 반편견 그림 동화를 활용한 이야기 나누기 활동은 유아의 성역할 개념을 완화시키는 활동으로 활용 가능함을 시사한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of discussion activities with anti-bias picture book on children's concept about their sex roles. That is stereotype, perception, and preference of sex roles. For this study, a survey was administered to 41 four-year-old children at Nday care center located in Daegu city. Pre- and post-examination were conducted to estimate the effects of discussion activities with the anti-bias picture book. For data analysis, was conducted by average, standard deviation, Repeated Measures ANCOVA, and ANCOVA were administered.
The results of this study were the following; discussion activities with the anti-bias picture book impacted on softening stereotypes and concept about sex roles and decreasing preferences of sex roles. The result shows an evidence that discussion activities with the anti-bias picture book eases children's concept about their sex roles. Therefore, the implication is that discussion activities with the anti-bias picture book is utilized as an activities of relieving children's concept about their sex roles.
