디아길레프 발레뤼스 작품과 의상에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 발레뤼스의 활동별 작품에 따른 의상과 디자이너를 연구해 봄으로써 발레뤼스의 예술 표현 방식과 그 시대상 분위기를 알아보는데 목적을 두었다. 먼저 발레뤼스의 이론적 배경으로 사회적, 문화적 이해를 도우기 위해 발레와 발레뤼스가 발생하게 된 경위를 알아보고 발레뤼스의 창시자이자 발레공연 제작자인 디아길레프와 그 활동에 따른 안무가별 안무형식과 작품을 알아보았다.
또한, 발레뤼스에서 활동한 안무가인 미셀 포킨, 바슬라브 니진스키, 레오니드 마씬느, 브로니슬라바 니진스카, 죠지 발란신의 개인적 성향과 그들의 작품별 안무 성향을 알아보았고 그 결과 그들의 작품은 개혁적이고 급진적인 발전을 거듭한 실험적 안무성향을 볼 수 있었다.
그리고 작품의 디자이너별 제작 의상을 연구하므로 작품의 안무 특성과 주제가 이해 될 수 있었고 동시에 소재나 디자인에 차별을 두어 발레의상이 작품을 표현하는데 더 효과적인 면모를 발견할 수 있는 발전의 계기가 될 수 있음을 시사해 주었다.
이러한 결과들은 발레계의 창작적 예술발전과 의상뿐만 아니라 무대 미술발전에 다양한 영향을 미칠 것으로 사료된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this research is to present a study of Diaghilev's Ballet Russes dresses and designers through the field of action. The main focus of this paper is on the Diaghilev's Ballet Russes art mode of expression and period.
To understand the culture and social background of Ballet Russes, it is important to study the birth of Ballet and Ballet Russes. Studies show that Diaghilev, who was the director and creator of ballet performances and activities, works with other choreographers in their characters and types of design.
According to the artist’s personal and performance character study, artists Mikhail Mikhaylovich Fokine, Vatslav Fomich Nizhinsky, Leonid Fyodorovich Miassin, Nijinska, Bronislava, Georgy Melitonovich Balanchivadze, who were in the Ballet Russes period have strong characteristics in their art work which are radical in nature.
Seen from this research, the researching on custom designers and customs is helps to understand the characteristics of dance. At the same time, it brings forth more ensembles when there are discriminations in dance customs. Moreover, this shows that such customs are able to aid the dance development.
As a result, possible developments on the creative art development in the field of ballet, customs and theater art can be seen.
