청소년의 애착 및 방어기제와 인터넷 중독간의 관계

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구의 목적은 청소년들의 부ㆍ모ㆍ친구 애착 및 방어기제와 인터넷 중독간의 관계를 살펴보고, 애착과 방어기제가 인터넷 중독에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 데 있다. 이를 위해 경기지역 C중학교와 S고등학교의 10개 학급 336명을 대상으로 애착 및 방어기제와 인터넷 중독에 관련한 질문지를 각각 활용하였다. 통계패키지인 SPSS/WIN 12.0(Statistical Package for the Social Science)을 사용하여 청소년의 애착 및 방어기제와 인터넷 중독간의 관계를 알아보기 위해 상관분석을 실시하였고, 인터넷 중독 집단과 일반사용자 집단 간에 애착과 방어기제의 차이를 살펴보기 위해 -검증을 실시하였으며, 애착과 방어기제가 청소년의 인터넷 중독에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 단계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다.
결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 전체 청소년들의 부 애착, 모 애착, 친구애착과 인터넷 중독 간에는 유의미한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 방어기제의 4가지 단계 중 자아도취, 미성숙, 신경증적 단계는 인터넷 중독과 유의미한 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 애착과 방어기제와의 관계에서 부 애착, 모 애착, 미성숙단계, 신경증적 단계와 성숙단계가 유의미한 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 부 애착, 모 애착, 친구애착은 인터넷 중독 집단과 일반 사용자 집단 간에 유의미한 차이가 나타났으며, 일반 사용자 집단이 다소 높게 나타났다. 방어기제의 4단계 중 자아도취, 미성숙, 신경증적 단계도 집단 간에 유의미한 차이가 나타났으며, 인터넷 중독 집단이 높게 나타났다.
셋째, 청소년의 인터넷 중독에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 모 애착, 친구애착, 자아도취단계, 미성숙단계, 성숙단계가 유의미하게 나타났다.
결론적으로 부 애착, 모 애착, 친구애착 및 방어기제는 청소년의 인터넷 중독과 관련이 있었으며, 인터넷 중독 집단과 일반사용자 집단 간에 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 청소년의 애착과 방어기제 중 부 애착, 모 애착, 신경증적 단계, 미성숙단계, 자아도취단계가 인터넷 중독에 주로 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 각 결과의 의미와 제한점 및 후속 연구를 위한 제언에 대해 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to find out the relationships among the attachment, defense mechanism and Internet addiction of adolescents, and see how it does effect to them. We’ve applied written inquiries each for attachment with parents and friends, defense mechanism and Internet addiction to 10 classes of middle school in Kyung-ki do for this study. We had a correlation analysis to know about the relationships among the attachment, defense mechanism and internet addiction of adolescents with SPSS/WIN 12.0(Statistical Package for the Social Science), And so we had a authorization to know about differences of attachment and defense mechanism between internet addicted group and normal user group, And we had a phased Multiple regression analysis to know about how attachment and defense mechanism effect to internet addiction of youth. The results of this study are as following.
First, The correlation between the Internet addiction and attachment indicated that there was a significant correlation between the parent and peer attachment and Internet addiction. The correlation narcissistic, immature and nervous step in 4 phase of defense mechanism and the Internet addiction was significant and the parent attachment, immature step and nervous step in relation of attachment and defense mechanism have a close connection.
Second, there was a significant difference of the parent and peer attachment between internet addicted group and normal user group, but a little bit higher in normal user group. There is a significant difference within narcissistic, immature step and nervous step in 4 phase of defense mechanism, and we see a higher of internet addicted group.
Third, the mother and peer attachment, narcissistic step, immature step and mature step are significant correlation as the primary factors that effect to internet addiction of adolescents.
To conclude, internet addiction of adolescents has a close connection with the parent and peer attachment and defense mechanism, and there was a significant difference between internet addicted group and normal user group. parent attachment, nervous phase, immature phase and narcissistic phase of the attachment of adolescents and defense mechanism are founded as a factor that effects to internet addiction. Lastly we had a discussion about a meaning and restriction of this study and proposal for following studies.
