    Wish to exuviate and help in students' mathematical creativity by reconstruct to open-ended problem center and guide in mathematics learning of traditional problem center that convergent thinking requires to offer a divergent thinking opportunity that can approach to various solution according to the contiguity method about one problem in this research.
    Choosing Y middle school 1 school year 2 classes that locate at loneliness on a journey for this, a class executed experiment research by comparison group that experiment group, other class that do original professor learning that use open-ended problem does Japan-made learning. First, after executed preliminary inspection, and handle an experiment between 4 cylinders to search identify of two mass of a priori ability enforced a posteriori test again to recognize change.
    Used SPSS (Window version 14.0) figure program to verify experiment group and pure difference of comparison group since experiment disposal of mathematical creativity test.
    Result that get through this research is next time.
    First, t it is fluency after experiment group that verify and can say and is that flexibility point is difference that is intelligence as statistical in level 0.05 of existence fluency, flexibility, originality that is experiment group and three branch elements of mathematical creativity of comparison group search whether improved, and can assume that it is no difference that is intelligence as statistical in level 0.05 of existence case of comparison group. Originality point can assume that it is no difference that is intelligence because probability of existence is higher than level 0.05 of existence after experiment group and comparison group.
    Second, a priori mathematical creativity point of experiment group and a posteriori mathematical creativity point can say that there is difference that is intelligence as statistical in level 0.05 of existence as t result that verify to recognize whether influence in mathematical creativity kidney through open-ended problem. The other side, a priori mathematical creativity of comparison group and a posteriori mathematical creativity point can assume that it is no difference that is intelligence as statistical in level 0.05 of existence.
    Is thought that exert effect that busywork that use open-ended problem that can experience divergent thinking conclusively is affirmative in students' mathematical creativity kidney. As well as, can speak that is effective to elevation of three element (fluency, flexibility, originality) of mathematical creativity.
