댄스스포츠 지도자의 리더십 유형과 소비자 행동의 관계 = (The) Relationship between Dance Sport Instructors’Leadership Style and Consumers’Behavior

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 댄스스포츠 지도자의 리더십 유형과 소비자 행동의 관계를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 2007년 1월부터 2007년 5월까지 서울 및 경기도에 소재하는 10개의 사설 댄스스포츠 학원 및 문화센터에서 총 250명의 회원을 유충표집 하였으나, 224부가 회수되었고 그 중 신뢰성이 떨어진다고 판단된 자료를 제외시켜 실제로 분석한 자료는 총 200부(80%)였다. 자료 수집을 위한 측정도구로는 설문지였으며, 리더십 유형은 거래적 리더십과 변혁적 리더십, 참여효과는 심리적·신체적·교육적 효과, 그리고 소비자 행동은 지속참여의도와, 추천의도로 구성하였다. 이들 평정척도의 Cronbach's alpha 값은 .81∼92로 나타나 설문지는 신뢰할만한 것으로 판단되었으며, 자료 분석으로는 Window용 SPSS/PC+ 12.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계분석, 일원변량 분석, 그리고 표준중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 위와 같은 연구방법에 따라 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 성별에 따라 신체적 효과가 차이가 있고, 학력에 따라 심리적 효과의 차이가 있다 둘째, 학력에 따라 지속참여 의도에 차이가 있다. 셋째, 리더십유형에 따라 참여효과 차이가 있다. 넷째, 리더십유형에 따라 소비자행동에 차이가 있다. 다섯째, 댄스스포츠 참여효과가 소비자 행동에 영향을 미친다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The research which it sees there is the objective of the place where it examines closely the relationship of leadership shedding of blood and consumer conduct of the dance sports leader. With above it followed in same research method and with afterwords it got a same result. First, it follows in sex and the body effect is a difference, it follows there is in educational background and a difference of psychological effect. It follows in second, educational background and there is a difference to continuity participation intention. It follows in third, leadership shedding of blood and there is a participation effective difference. It follows in fourth, leadership shedding of blood and there is a difference to consumer conduct. The fifth, dance sports participation effect goes mad to consumer conduct.
