      This study is objected to investigate for the teachers at a child care center their actual condition of duties and work satisfaction to analysis influence of the factors to make an improvement of quality and a suggestion a plan for environment of the child-care education and satisfaction of their working.
      The summery is as bellow as this result form this conduct studies.
      Mostly Nursery School teachers have be mistreated by an overload work, nearly without allowance and vocation but generally, it is figure out enforcing the four kind of social insurance.
      Meanwhile, The Nursery School teachers are considered that they have an aptitude for their job but they will not working as a teacher at a child care center if they have an opportunity. Their job is not fair entertain as a professional job in the society. The improvement matters of Nursery School are welfare systems, workers and working-hour. The matters of requirement are be supported from government for the budget of education of child care, reform of teachers treatment.
      In result of analysis of satisfaction different, It is figure out that age, and the long-time continuous service and teacher more satisfied than the short-time continuous service teacher. The teachers are working at the public child care center more satisfied than private child care center.
      Result of actual duty condition differ from analysis, The public kindergarten not much working than private kindergarten but welfare,
      payment, allowance and etc are better than private kindergarten system.
      Based on the surveyr esults, the means for improving job satisfaction for the nursery school teachers can be proposed asfollows. Since the level of satisfaction experienced by the teachers have direct and in direct effects on educational services provided to the children, there must be institutional considerations made so that the teachers do not suffer from excessive work load ,and policy alternatives are called for in terms of the teachers' wages ,welfare compensation and benefits.
      Some of suggestions are given to reform of child-care system on the basis of the this researches result, First, It has to reform the child-care teachers' working-hour, working-day as follow as 8 hours per day and 5-6days in a week on the labor standard Act and improve the environment of working-system by the government policy,
      Second, The private child-care teacher's payment is to be higher as same as an establishment as annex to the college level(public child-care).
      Third, The private child-care teachers are to be guaranteed the re-education, retraining, to make an arrangement of supporting the upward tendency for their job-professional,
      Forth, It is to be improved that working-environment of private childcare center same as public child-care center level,
      In conclusion, The government has to support in the policy that child-care teacher's are to be recognize in the society, to be required that important role of child-care teacher in the society recognition.
